Reserved and prepaid $290 (normally a $90 room according to the desk clerk) for a King bed and it wasn't available when I arrived. Water leaking onto floor from dishwasher, garbage disposal inoperative and smelly.

Room was spacious. Bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Located in an industrial part. Parking lot well lit. Staff was friendly. Remote didn’t work. Short drive to Zionsville which has many restaurants and boutique shops.

"Stayed here prior to surgery at Ortho Indy Hospital which is 6 minutes up the road. clean modern Hotel quiet area"

6 minutes to Ortho Indy hospital. Very Clean rate very good 242.00 2 night stay. Checkin employee very helpful. Felt very safe there No restaurant but has snack shop Free Coffee. Several restaurants close by. We ate at Longhorn Steakhouse good food, friendly service. I was able to relax there prior to my surgery. Rate very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area
