Always a great place to stay.

Met Eugene at the desk he was professional and friendly. My 4 year old and wife were very excited about the room with a kitchen and my son opened every drawer to show me all the cooking ware that was available for us. It was an awesome experience been there for just a couple of hours. Everything was neat and clean. Parking availability was excellent. We felt safe. Amenities were excellent.

We didn't see or experience anything that we didn't like.

I’m going to make this as short as possible. I originally booked my stay at Holiday Inn Logansport and they double booked their rooms, so after a 20 hour drive I was without a hotel, plus they charged me for it. Holiday Inn sent me to another hotel that apparently they were going to pay for but that hotel said no. So from 4am to 7am I was just driving with my daughter with no where to go and no money because they took it out. I finally found a room at Home2Suites where I paid 409.00 I didn’t have to be told to calm down because I was on the phone with Holiday Inn trying to get my money back (I was yelling and cussing because at this point I’ve had my daughter in the car and awake more than 24hours). I was however outside not in the lobby. So I called Candlewood because another Holiday Inn told me they had rooms. I was frustrated and kind of irate from everything happening but Taazma was the first person to treat me like a person (even though I’m sure I came off as rude for her first impression of me). She showed empathy and was able to get me a room. The world needs more people like her. Everyone else just saw a crazy lady she actually saw that I was a mother with her daughter 3 states away from home and was understanding. I will forever be grateful for her. I’d give 20 stars if I could for her.

Great staff Need updating

The room was very outdated. It was clean however the furniture was old and stained. The mattress on the bed was flimsy and uncomfortable. When I check in to hotel I expect to at least meet or be above my current living quarters. This was way below. I asked for another room and the woman told me they were about to upgrade this month. That wouldn't help me that particular weekend. The staff were friendly but the hotel is is below standards.

The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I also like the location as it's close to the interstate.

The refrigerators in the rooms need to be checked that they are functioning properly. The one in my room did not freeze anything and the ice maker didn't work.

House keeping service was soooooo bad. Shower was held together with zip ties for shower head, Kitchen equipment was total junk and way under equiped . Chair for desk was broken. Main Door was falling off hinge making shutting the door all the way real hard thing to do.
