Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Suites

I love that it was in walking distance of everything close by

The pool area is too small for this size facility need another pool area OVER GROWDED

Whilst visiting the US we’ve received really wonderful hospitality everywhere we’ve been, but this was exceeded by the staff at the Hyatt, who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Chris and Jamie were both excellent and helped make our stay go perfectly. Obviously the location is amazing as well.

The rooms were spotless and well cleaned everyday, all staff were very generous with their excellent hospitality. Both restaurants were very good as well. Crossing the road to access the beach isn't as bad as it sounds, but if lugging kids along, just be extra cautious! We stayed in the rooftop terrace 17th floor. Views were incredible, and the privacy is un matched.

I was not a fan of the size of the pool and the hot tub size. With the amount of guests it just didn't equal out for a good experience. The elevators weren't exactly the cleanest, however they're used all day long from beach goers, and parking garage parkers..so it was bound to be a little dirty.

Very nice hotel which is close to the beach, staff are friendly and attentive. Having a kitchenette was a bonus, and the spacious shower had good water pressure.

Absolutely amazing time at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater. We stayed in the a partial oceanview room and that is an undersell! The views from the balcony were amazing, greeted by a very clean and spacious room. All the staff was nice and helpful the trópico pool deck bar had great drink and food and a good menu for the kids. The pool never felt crowded and the view of the beach from the deck was top notch. Being steps from the beach was a great perk! My only knock would be the parking not being included with your stay but still a decent price given the area. Would highly recommend and I will be staying again.

The room was an absolute nightmare I am shocked they would even give anyone this room it vibrated the entire time like being in an engine room of a ship underway. After an exhausting trip there I did not want to hassle with moving again but there is no way they did not know. Ocean view not cheap either. I guess they bank on moving you if you complain but that says a lot about their level of service and care for your experience. Their pool bar food was horrible and while the food was good in their restaurant the staff was overwhelmed and disorganized. A few good service personnel but overall a huge disappointment. Its a shame as the location was great and the interior decor is pretty. From start to finish it was disorganized. I recommend using the location as a guide and booking one of the many other hotels nearby.

Why are people having to pay 4-500$ a night but they have a floor dedicated to homeless people, drug addicts and they now allow smoking and pets!?! Pool was packed with floatation toys and dirty swim diapers were left on chairs! Disgusting the only good thing about this resort was a manager named Jamie who tried his hardest to keep us from noticing the awful changes at this property! The tiles around the pool are falling apart as well!
