BQ Belvedere Hotel

Hotel is Ok , clean and comfy ... it is rated with 4☆ but hotel staff is horrible! People that work there are absolutely not friendly, they're not motivated, exhausted.... Doesn't matter what kind of problem you have , they always want to argue and don't let you explain problem. Even if you do, at the end they continue and you're Wrong! 2nd thing All-inclusive means nothing there except food. You're luggage can't stay for free at the reception, you have to pay 2€ to leave it locked. 3rd thing is that you have to pay for towels Even if you are All-inclusive. 2€/each for day and 10 € deposit/pro towel. ( 7 days = 14€ per person +10€ deposit that they give you back) 4th All-inclusive People can order at the BAR only until 23h other ( not all-in) can get drinks until midnight... Pool was extremely cold! You couldn't swim at all. Hot tub wasn't working, it was ice cold tub! -Sea view you need to pay extra 15€ a day (doesn't matter all-inclusive it's extra) -Pool view you have also to pay extra 8€ a day. Nothing is free at this hotel! 😉 -Air conditioner is from 1978 , it's loud, and takes 1h to cool the room..

Die Unterkunft war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für uns um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Das Abgebot ist reichlich aber nicht abwechlungsreich. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter und sehen dementsprechend aus. Trotzdem war alles sauber. Es gab einen großen Parkplatz.

What a wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean, great food, engaging staff and a fantastic entertainment team. Rated locally as 4 Stars, Jet2 score it as a 3 Star Plus (which I think is fair). Good selection of food offered for breakfast, lunch and diner (although I ate lunch at the pool bar most days). The food at the pool bar is cooked freshly to order and is of a good quality. No major queues at the bars, people ordering cocktails did slow things down a bit. You have to pay extra for name brand spirts which is pretty standard when all inclusive in most hotels. I was a solo traveller, but opted for a larger double room (single occupancy). The room was basic, but big (for one) had everything you needed. There is a fridge, TV (never switched it on), air con (worked fine for me), multiple power sockets including USB ports and a hairdryer. The shower was amazing, like standing under a hot waterfall. There bed was very comfortable and there was little noise from the corridor (although I wish people would learn how to close a door and not slam it!). There room has a safe (extra charge) which it paid about €35 for 11 nights. There was a balcony, but I had a view over the car park (not particularly inspiring). Unfortunately, there was no facility to hand clothes to dry other than hanging them over the back of a chair/s. Wi-Fi (free) worked well throughout the whole hotel. There pool was great, 80cm > 200cm in depth, and there were 2 hot tubs that fed into it. There is also another pool specifically for small children. A Lifeguard is also attendance. I cannot express this enough, but a a Solo traveller it is important that the Entertainment Team are good (which they were). Big shout out to Shelly, Pietro, Josh, Paula, Desi and Maria, for making me feel like one of the ‘Gang’. 25 minutes transfer from the airport. Go All Inclusive. Will I return, yes definitely….

The staff were not helpful or approachable, no coffee maker in room

Hotel was well placed in San Agustin the front was easily accessible and Palma was 2 Euro on the bus or 10 euro in a cab. Beautiful pool , rooms were comfortable, showers were great. Breakfast for us we had plenty of choice, although we had to ask for omelettes. Bars closed at 12 if you wanted a night cap. We all said we’d stay again.

Not sure how anyone can complain about this hotel! It's spotlessly clean, the rooms were lovely with comfy beds, amazing shower, no problem with the air conditioning (as others have complained about) or the fridge! The pool is big, clean and the perfect temperature and never a problem getting sunbeds. The breakfast choice was amazing and the food at the pool bar really good too as were the drinks and really reasonably priced (€10 for a kebab & a Mojito!) The location is up a steep hill with alot of steps, but if you read the reviews you know this, as I did and didn't have any issues but if you're not mobile or have little ones in pushchairs maybe not the place for you although there is a bus stop next to hotel (€2 to Palma) and a free shuttle bus to Palma Nova from the hotel!

I never ever come on trip advisor but I use it as my bible for any holiday that I book. I don’t go anywhere unless I’ve sifted through every single review on here so I thought I’d come on and write ours! This hotel is absolutely amazing. We came as husband and wife without our kids but we have already booked to come back next year with them. The hotel is small and perfect for people who want away from the hustle and bustle that you usually get whilst on holiday. They have kids club, kids park and LOTS of activities during the day for them, plus evening entertainment. We went to the western waterpark today and didn’t queue for any ride. It was so clean and quiet… and was literally 10 minutes away from the hotel. The food was one of of the best all inclusive restaurants I’ve ever been to. The variety in the snack bar was amazing. And the buffet restaurant was also fab. I wouldn’t come during the school holidays, I’d rather pay the fine! But honestly this is one of the best hotels I’ve been to!

Hotel is clean and the pool area is big with plenty of sunbeds. Our room was small however functional with a great shower - corridor outside the room could be noisy with families and friends coming in and out of rooms -slaming doors. Drinks were not great however were not that expensive as we were paying we were on the bed and breakfast rate not all inclusive - still the same drinks though. We asked to buy a bottle of Cava as it was our friends birthday and they refused - in the end after speaking to a manager they agreed to give all the group a class each for 3 euros per person wasnt the same as our friend popping the bottle themselves. Breakfast all I can say is carnage - total free for all - massive queue for the omlette station which backed up and stopped you getting to the individual hot items - rude people stepping into you as they were in a frenzy to get a sausage. Food quality was better one day compared to the other. Most of the staff we encountered were friendlish - they didnt seem to smile much. Thankfully we were only there for a friends 60th celebrations for a long weekend however for myself and my partner we would not return to this hotel however we would return to the area.

Beautiful hotel, stayed B&B and the choice for breakfast was amazing, menu at pool bar very reasonable and tasty too! Theres a bus stop right by the hotel & only 2 euros into Palma and there's a free shuttle bus to Palma Nova as well! It is located up a big hill with lots of steps which I didn't mind but those less mobile would struggle..the same if you had pushchairs.

Great hotel with amazing food! Would definitely recommend all inclusive.
