BQ Belvedere Hotel

Had a wonderful time. Rooms were great, plenty of food choices. Great for children. Staff & animation team were very friendly.

Vistelsen i palma var bra. Hotellet hade jag inte rekommenderat någon att boka kanske, är nog mer i klass med 3-stjärnor. Låg dock helt okej med strand 15 minuter promenad och en del enklare restauranger i närheten. Testade aldrig middagen men fick höra av de som gjorde det att den inte var bra. Frukosten var ej okej.

Amazing hotel! It was my 3rd time visiting this hotel and it is still so amazing! The entertainment staff are great pietro, Josh, Maria,Paula, Shelly and dessy all made the holiday really special all so talented and fun to be around! The food is great especially for an all inclusive plenty of variety and the snack bar is perfect for lunch! The free bus to palma nova is very handy if you want to explore more and the hotel is situated just 10 minutes walk away from some local restaurants bars and the beach. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Just got back from a 10 day long stay at the hotel, room was OK a little small, shower was perfect and the view was good too!! Bed was comfortable and rooms were cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every day.... Slight misunderstanding with the board situation we were half board and was told it was breakfast and dinner.....dinner to us is 12pm tea time is 5pm onwards... we've stayed in many hotels and you have the option if you want lunch or evening meal but this hotel as a RULE is not allowed, also if u arrive early your not allowed to have breakfast you have to pay for it even though youve paid for the day you arrive...!!!! We were sat in the dinner hall at lunch time and was thrown a bill for €44.00 for 2 tiny plates of food and tap water. We were treated like criminals and was spoken to very aggressively and money was demanded immediately, we then spoke with the manager who was even more rude and disrespectful towards us all over a simple misunderstanding...made us feel very uncomfortable being there or entering the canteen again.. They all stand in a line and make out they are welcoming us with a smile but really they all have there eyes straight on your wrists to see if you r wearing a band and what type.... wait for you to sit down an get food then spring the bill on ppl iv seen them do it many times and upset alot of ppl throwing bills at them before they even have there drinks!! Some of the waiters were absolutely lovely and very kind.... food was a let down breakfast was horrible I had yogurt and myself every single day eggs were cooked only u derneath were very snotty and cold, served with chips and hot dogs for sausages.... the evenings raw chicken, raw kebabs and last night was raw burgers, every night there's pizzas and pastas, chips, potatoes very stodgy fast food type I only ever ate in ther when I had to due to weather or feeling a bit off with sunburn and alls i had was rice with a stew Other than that we ate out at evenings! Lots of steps and stairs and hills if u wanna go out the hotel think we counted one flight of steps which was 103 steps Down to the village and that was just one lot ther was more .... pool was fab no problem with loungers a bit cold at first and quite deep!! Entertainment..... nothing........was just kids dance or kids Entertainment nothing for the adults was soooooo boring and dull. Hotel was full of French or Germans who were very rude..... No one has any respect for other visitors they just let there doors slam very loud from morning til night, one night I was on the phone to my son on loud speaker and he heard someone's door slam wile on the phone it was horrendous,, people letting their kids run up and down the hall ways at night time....it was terrible.... We did not enjoy our stay here at all we couldn't wait to leave we actually left well before we were due to be at the airport just TO GET OUT. We will not ever return to this Hotel...definitely give this a 2 * and nothing more!

Lovely hotel, very clean, very modern, poor entertainment, no kettle, lovely staff, with the exception of one very rude restaurant waiter who doesn't like to be interrupted whilst he's on his phone texting. Overall , a good experience but the food requires improvement. Bar prices very reasonable.

Le personnel n’est absolument pas agréable. On a rencontré de nombreux problèmes : - la climatisation de la première chambre faisait un bruit très très fort. Impossible pour dormir. On nous a donc changé de chambre. - la deuxième chambre : La climatisation avait une odeur dégoût quand elle était en marche. La chambre était sale (poils cheveux taches partout sur le sol, douche et toilette). La chambre était infestée de fourmis ! Le lecteur pour entrer dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien jusqu’à tombé en panne et ne plus pouvoir entrer dans la chambre. Plus d’une heure d’attente pour entrer dans la chambre. Pour finir le personnel n’est absolument pas aimable. Très très désagréable. On a été très très mal reçu.

nice clean hotel, the room was always cleaned. nice food in the morning and evenings, plenty of choice. the pool area was nice plenty of sun loungers and plenty of room. only downside was their was no entertainment on the first few nights we was their so it got abit boring, the entertainment in the afternoon was abit hit and miss then went quiet as soon as it was finished,the air con was loud and kept us awake and the fridge didn't work. the germans and the french are rude so don't expect a thanks or excuse me just a dirty look.

Firstly this holiday was lovely and I would come back again. Just few minor things that may help others. I'm a tea lover so bring your own kettle. Towel hire is a bit expensive so we bought our own. Dont go straight down for tea at 630 beacuse the meats never ready give it 20 mins. Other than that I can't fault this place. Rooms got cleaned every day. The pool was large and deep great for a early swim. Food was mostly lovely with most nights a good choice of meats. The snack bar was amazing for kids too. Definitely go all inclusive beacuse it's up a big hill for food ext. All in all a great holiday thank you 😊

Beautiful location, very accessible to the city centre with a bus stop right outside, also not a far distance from the airport . Hotel is beautiful! Enough lounge chairs by the pool for everyone. Free bus shuttle to the beach. Enough meal and drinks options for us as we did the all inclusive. Only downside is the elevators take forever to come, so a lot of people resort to climbing the stairs. Was pregnant so had to wait for the lift 🤣

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. It has a relaxed atmosphere. Food plentiful, excellent pool area with lots of space and there was always a sun lounger. Some of the loungers were broken unfortunately. Bar areas are very nice. It’s very quiet where the hotel is nice beach about a 10 minute walk. I came back to a bottle in wine in our room for my birthday which was really thoughtful.
