BQ Belvedere Hotel

Loved this place such a beautiful resort and the all inclusive was amazing. Buffet food was delicious. I was quite surprised you had to pay for a safe I’ve never had that happen before. Free shuttle bus into town was great.

We found the hotel lovely. The staff were generally very helpful and very nice to children. I found a barman named Gabriel to be extremely rude. He refused to give me milk for my child because there was none behind the bar but yet he wouldn't bother walking into the kitchen to get some: not good enough at that price. First time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. So clean and run very well. The pool is amazing very big and no need to rush to sunbeds as there are plenty of them. Nice touch you are waited on for drinks in the evening and the staff are so friendly and polite. Only downside for us as parents with a teenage son the room was very small and he had to sleep on a narrow sofa bed yet we paid the same price for him and it was not comfy to sleep on. The room also had very noisy air con which gave me a headache every night and we had no view.

Was a good hotel, the food was very nice most of the time (had all inclusive). We thought it was quite bad though that pool towels you had to pay for (10euro + 10euro deposit, all in cash for some reason…) and the safety box as well. Weird when it’s all inclusive. Beds are quite hard. Worked for me but my friend thought they were quite bad. No fighting over sun beds and not that much people claiming them in the morning, was nice. The hotel is located pretty high up, so if you have issues with knees etc., it might not be the best fit. A lot of stairs to get there from the beach.

We had a bunch of issues in this hotel mainly to do with the service. The staff members were a mixed bag, some were nice and others were quite rude. My friends had a mix up where they were given the key to a room that was already in use, their room also had ants crawling all over the entrance. My room had silverfish in it and for some reason the cleaner sprayed my whole room with vinegar (which did not kill the silverfish) and I had to sleep in a room stinking of vinegar. Honestly this might sound terrible but it wasn’t all bad, the beds were so comfortable and the room was nice despite all of that. I wish some of the staff were more polite as I had issues of a staff member ignoring me when asking for help, but responding to others (obviously my race may have been a factor in this situation, but I don’t want to assume. Maybe he didn’t like my face or something). Whenever we’d call the number for reception they wouldn’t come or respond for the longest time. The hotel is nice and the food was alright too, we got half board. But the staff… chip on their shoulders

Fantastic hotel, brilliant facilities, brilliant food and brilliant staff. Rooms were spotless and everything you could need on the hotel and in the town!

We have been to this hotel several times now and can't fault it. The pool area is amazing, sunbeds are always available and they have invested in more umbrellas this year. The food is great, loads of fresh fruit and vegetables, salads, pizza, pasta, vegetarian options and the lunchtime snack bar has a lot of fried food, but everything is cooked fresh and there are lighter options too. We have always found all of the staff very helpful and friendly and although we rarely join in with the entertainment, the animation team are great fun and keep things lively around the pool. The rooms are spotless and cleaned very well everyday. The local beach and town are set down a long set of steps, but this is made very clear on all the tour operators websites.

Holiday was nice. Hotel was not too big, but enough for everyone to find their space. Plenty sun lounges, drinks and food was good every time sble to find what to eat. Used the free bus service really like it. Bus stop near, easy communication to the other spots
