The hotel provides shuttle service to Magaluf and Palmanova which was convenient but very limited time available. With no shuttle after 6 PM. The hotel is close to Cala Major which was very nice. It’s about a 10 minute walk and there’s plenty of restaurants to go to along the way. Hotel is very clean and they allowed me to check in at 6 o’clock in the morning. On my birthday, they sent me a bottle of champagne to my room. I would’ve liked more amenities like complementary water in the room, coffee maker. Make sure you pack all your toiletries as there are none provided either. If you’re not looking for anything over the top, it’s a great location. If you’re on a budget the pool was nice and there are two poolside bars.

"We do not recommend this hotel."

4.0

The air conditioning left the hotel at 29.5 °C (85.1 °F), did not cool well, and made loud noises that interrupted sleep, adding to the heat. The room is small and simple, comfortable but without basic amenities such as a kettle. Breakfast is very basic and bad, with no nearby options, although lunch, dinner, and the pool are worth it, also most of the staff is OK. They have absurd policies such as charging cash for towels and vending machines that only accept cash, without offering cold water or drinking fountains. The shower has very low pressure, making bathing take longer. In addition, the hotel did not confirm in time a tour we had paid for, preventing us from doing it on our last day; they only refunded the money.

"Family hotel"

10.0

Last day so time to write a review. Excellent all round, we had two rooms, Grandson and me in a double, daughter, son in law and Granddaughter in family room. Both very clean and reasonably modern, bed comfortable, single bed bit small for me however I am very tall. Shower excellent, waterfall etc. Clean towels every day. Main good points: We were all inclusive, would definitely pay the extra as excellent snack food and nice drinks and good selection of drinks and ice creams for children. Restaurant good selection of food even for the fussy eater 😋 Although the hotel is located in a hilly area, the complex was reasonably flat and 100% accessible for less able people. Nice large area pool with a small pool for kids. Never a problem with sunbeds which are in good order and comfortable. Never been one for the day or night entertainment but I must say it was excellent and the entertainment team were first class and super with children. The mini disco was the best my grandchildren have experienced 👍 The hotel was very near full capacity, only two room vacant, I had to ask as the hotel didn't seem over busy and was surprised in the relaxed atmosphere 😁 Only downsides, very limited. The hotel doesn't give any bottled water even in the rooms. They do give water at the bars but only in cups. It is quite isolated and in a hilly area, and if you want somewhere surrounded by shops and nightlife it's not for you, it's a nice hotel for families Excellent stay and thank to all involved

"Great hotel going up in smoke"

8.0

I walked into a very clean and highly designed reception at the Belvedere Hotel with low expectations although I’d read lots of good reviews of this all inclusive resort hotel in Majorca However from the minute reception had finished checking us in I couldn’t fault one thing. I’m the kind of person that notices faults every step of the way But in this case every step of the way was perfect. I was here with my partner my daughter her partner and their two kids one aged 3 the other aged 7. From day two it already feels like we’ve been here a week. It’s amazing. Id had a low expectation of the whole holiday including the hotel with it being on an all-inclusive basis, but I must say from the type of people around the pool which was ok, a mixture of old and young and from all over the world. They were all Very polite and very chilled . The facilities were okay too two bars one Café bar which served food and drink all day. Shame I started my diet a week before I came on this holiday because I think I’ve now put on the stone already. . The food in the restaurant is okay looks great but when you chow down some of it’s not that brilliant but for the price it was very good value for money. The choices were amazing. The one big thing that really upset me was the smokers and I think the lack of managing those smokers was one failing of the hotels. the poolside and the facilities were spotless apart from cigarette butts squeezed into the cracks of the ornamental wall that circulates the pool fag but stuck into the drains at the poolside in fact from my balcony I watched all the smokers sneak out like rats coming out of a drain pipe to the nearest point they could get away with lighting up! Having a cigarette near a bin stabbing the cigarette out on top of the bin and in every orifice they could to disguise their ridiculous habit. The management of this should’ve been stronger in fact if I’m meant to be picky it would’ve been great to see a face of the hotel walking around as you do and exclusive hotels. Yesterday we took the kids to Palma city we needed a day break from the pool easily got the number four bus paid our €2 got there enjoyed the shops bought loads of ice cream went to the Zara store as usual a nice morning and then we got the bus back to the pool because the kids were overheating The beaches in Cala major are lovely the bar on the side brilliant we sat there most of the day yesterday, drinking Carver and watching the kids in the sea again a nice bunch of people on the beach. In fact the only down negative of this hotel is the smokers they stink. I can smell smoke on the balcony. You can smell smoke around the pool and you can smell smoke in the cafés. The non-smoker is far outnumbering the smokers but the smokers dominated the whole two weeks we were here The customary grab your sun bed army was out in force every morning and I must admit it included myself. I think it was important for me to try and choose beds that were nowhere near smokers for me the kids to enjoy the day around the pool and while I sat back on my sunbed watching the army of cleaners hit the downstairs lobby the restaurant and the pool area all in uniform all very smart all very efficient. There’s also a free bus that takes you to Palma Nova Beach runs every so often throughout the day brilliant service. The hotel I would score 8 out of 10 they could get 10 out of 10 but you have to rent the safe and you have to rent the pool towels you do get free Wi-Fi however. Thair biggest problem though are the smokers! We won’t be staying here again sadly!

"Clean hotel aesthetically pleasing"

Lovely hotel but not a 4 star. Was all inclusive. Shame we couldn't help ourselves to drinks but queues weren't long. Snack bat nice. Food in main restaurant, not everything is labelled. Food OK, didn't go hungry. Room clean had sea view. Not the biggest balcony but was fine for us. Looks beautiful sitting round the pool. Staff work hard.

"Beautiful hotel a pause from busy home life."

10.0

So impressed with this hotel. We stayed 30th July - 6th August 25. I thought it would be so busy being high season but it didn't feel like it. It had a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff polite and helpful. I had a single parent room, large enough for me and my teenage daughter. Quite Aircon - used Chatgpt to work it. Great shower, mirror and extra magnifying mirror. Towels cleaned and beds made daily. Handy fridge in room. Plenty plug sockets some with usb ports. I took earplugs because I am a light sleeper and although you can't hear anything from the next room I could hear footsteps or a chair scrapping the floor above. Also when people come out of the rooms doors slam. It's very chilled out though. Nobody goes out to put towels on sun loungers until 9am plenty spare through the day. Especially if you have a beach day always lots of beds free on return to cool off. The pool is open until 7pm. Great pool bar with drinks and snacks. Always plenty tables for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. You can sit outside to dine. Lunch, evening meal and supper snacks it's drinks table service. We always ordered 2 drinks each because they don't tend to come and ask if you need another drink. Food is incredible and lovely presentation...the stone baked pizza and paella is amazing. Free shuttle bus from the hotel to palmanova is a must. We preferred palmanova to Cala Major. It drops you just near Tent Hotel in a bus layby. Short walk to beach with zebra crossing to make crossing easy. Lots of souvernier shops on route. Sunbeds pay in cash or card - I took Monzo bank card. 22.50 euros for 2 loungers, mattress, umbrella and safe. Lots of lovely places to eat but if on a budget we found on the beachfront (very discreet building) a McDonald's with a terrace overlooking the beach. It has air conditioning, WiFi and a meal deal and mcflurry only 7 Euros. The shuttle bus picks you back up where it drops you off on the side it drops you. Check out is 12 o'clock. They give you a key card to use the luggage store. You can ask for towels at reception to use, in the luggage room they have 2 large shower rooms. You can use the all inclusive facilities until you leave.
