No air conditioning!!!!

The simple rooms do not have air conditioning. There is construction work in the hotel that makes noise and it is not listed on Booking.com.

Das Hotel bietet jeglichen Komfort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich ist ist groß, verfügt über mehrere Ruheräume, unter anderem ein Ruheraum mit Wasserbett😀

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Alpin Resort Sacher and would recommend the hotel. The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the property. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved the little touches like the herbal teas, snacks, and cake hour. The wellness activities were also excellent. Markus, the water aerobics instructor, was amazing — energetic, kind, and made the class really enjoyable. I also had a great massage with Ava, who was wonderful. There were a few things I did not love. The tea was served in plastic cups, which felt out of place for a hotel of this level. I also wish the sauna opened earlier in the day; it rarely seemed to be available at 11, which was disappointing for guests who enjoy using the spa in the morning. My biggest disappointment was the Augustinus Bader facial. It was supposed to be 70 minutes, but it felt closer to 50 minutes at most. The treatment itself was extremely basic and did not feel luxurious or worth the price. I was very disappointed and would not recommend booking facials at the spa — for me, it felt like a waste of money. One unusual design detail was that the bidet was in a separate room from the toilet, which felt a bit odd. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for the setting, pool, staff, food touches, and wellness atmosphere — but I would skip the facials at the spa.
