"Do NOT Stay Here"

Not sure what is wrong with this place. Lost my prepaid reservation and gave me the cheapest room even though I showed the confirmation. No service, no bottled water, facilities are in disrepair. Must have been a great place 30 years ago. Now? Not!! (Experienced traveler in Asia and Thailand so trust what I say).

The view from the balcony is superb!!! Access to the Karon beach easily but the way to go there is a bit like tiring but it’s worth it!

for the price it was a good value

the pool is very nice but you have to be an olympian to walk down the STEEP driveway to get it. Seriously, you need to be in great shape because the driveway down is super steep. Young kids would not like the pool because there is no shallow end and they'll never make it back up to their rooms since the grade is so steep

beautiful sea view The room rate is not expensive when you compare with the view you will get. The staff here can help you when you need something.

It's a good resort, the staff are friendly to me, so I don't have anything that I don't like in this resort.

Away from main tourist area. Rooms and resturant with the most beautiful view. I had a motorbike and short rides to Patong and Karon beaches. Very quiet resort.

Disappointed pool wasnt open/operational.
