Evening check in staff was lovely, made apologies for the last minute notification that there was no breakfast service.

Breakfast was not provided. It was Christmas morning with no alternatives available. The lady at the front desk was unapproachable and then disappeared, not to be seen again. Kitchen facilities in the room had no electric at all. No coffee maker and the disposal in the sink was inoperative. Very slow drainage.

Breakfast was poor. The staff was indifferent and the hotel charges $20 for daily parking.
