Great location! Guest house is a little run down but the staff were lovely and the price and location excellent. Nice and clean.

In a good location for central Southampton. Presentable hotel, friendly service and a good breakfast. Shower was a bit pathetic and EV charging would be a useful addition.

Was a nice quiet place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Had to leave early before breakfast so cant comment on that.

Great value for money accommodation, very pleased with the location, food and customer service. Definitely coming back when visiting Southampton again. Thank you

small cozy hotel with good and understanding staff. But the hotel has poor acoustics and you can hear sounds from other rooms close to you, you can imagine as if you are nearby and understand who is doing what
