"Great little find"

Great location for Mayflower theatre and central Southampton. Staff really friendly and inviting. Room was nice and breakfast was fantastic and made yo order in the quaint cafe style dining room. Definitely stay here again. A bit like staying at your friend's house.

This property is only fit for student accommodation. Towels being used for multiple occupancy bathroom is a cleanliness issue.

"Overall a nice place :) "

Very nice and clean room, but it was positioned between a shower room and a toilet, so I did hear some unpleasant noises in the evening. Throughout the night I used earplugs and a sleeping mask - I slept very well, warm and cosy.
