"This is a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel"

On site car park, room was clean

Had a private function on when we were there so no where to sit or get a drink during the day. No reception area and unfriendly first greeting, told to early to check in and to come back at 3:30pm. Breakfast overcooked/ burnt.

Bed too soft personal preference Noise from room above and along corridor due to being on ground floor. £6 for bottle of Budweiser seems excessive
