Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié dans cet établissement, c’est avant tout la qualité exceptionnelle de l’accueil et la bienveillance de l’ensemble du personnel. À tous les niveaux, chacun fait preuve d’attention, de gentillesse et d’un réel sens du service, ce qui crée une atmosphère très agréable et chaleureuse. J’ai été particulièrement sensible au soin apporté à ma situation personnelle : voyageant seul dans un environnement plutôt familial ou de couple, j’ai eu la chance d’être surclassé et de bénéficier d’une suite située dans un espace calme, à l’écart des zones de passage et du bruit. Cela a grandement contribué à la qualité de mon séjour. Je remercie sincèrement la direction et les équipes pour cette attention. Je tiens également à souligner le geste très apprécié des dîners offerts pendant mon séjour, qui reflète une véritable générosité et un sens de l’hospitalité remarquable. Concernant la restauration, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la diversité et la qualité des buffets : chaque jour proposait un renouvellement des plats, avec un large choix d’entrées, de plats et de desserts. Cette variété donne envie de revenir quotidiennement et participe pleinement à l’expérience. Enfin, j’ai particulièrement apprécié la présence d’une personne francophone à la réception, ce qui a été très facilitant pour moi. Ne parlant pas espagnol, cela m’a permis d’échanger facilement, de mieux comprendre les services de l’hôtel et de me sentir encore plus à l’aise. Au-delà de tout cela, j’ai aussi ressenti une véritable bienveillance entre les membres du personnel eux-mêmes, ce qui est assez rare et contribue à une ambiance globale très positive et sincère.

Franchement, je n’ai pas d’éléments négatifs marquants à signaler tant l’expérience globale a été réussie. À titre très personnel, j’ai simplement trouvé que l’ambiance autour de la piscine de l’espace “Adults Only” était un peu plus calme et peut-être moins conviviale que celle des autres espaces de l’hôtel. Mais cela reste une appréciation subjective et n’enlève rien à la qualité globale des installations.

The thing that makes this hotel so special is the staff. From Reception, cleaners, gardeners, waiting staff and entertainers they are all first class. We never go back to a hotel, I always think there are so many to visit why do something you’ve done before but this is the second time we’ve been here following a visit in October. I am a wheelchair user and the resort is so accessible, we had an adapted room which was brilliant. We never had a problem getting a sun bed, sometimes we had to use the main pool rather than the adults only pool but this wasn’t a problem for us. If I did have to find a fault it would be with the adult only entertainment, it wasn’t terrible but if you don’t like saxophone players find something else to do on an evening as we had 3 in the 11 nights we were there, some of the singers weren’t very good either. Food was good lots of choice including hot and cold meals and food cooked while you waited. Breakfast was the same the freshly cooked omelettes were delicious. we used the pool bar for lunch, lovely burgers and pizza. It’s only about a10-15 minute walk down to the front where there are lots of bars and a beautiful beach. Finally I must mention a couple of the staff who made our stay a bit special Chus and Adrina were brilliant really good fun and treat you as if you really were special. Tiffany was another who worked really hard and nothing was too much for her. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will probably go back again in October. I always hire an electric scooter from Island Mobility, as we go with a manual. They are brilliant

10/10 holiday. We have just returned from an amazing family holiday. After reading some reviews we felt apprehensive before but that was quickly changed as everything was perfect from arrival. Our rooms were a great size with all amenities needed, even adding a baby kit when requested. Milk for our baby, new towels every day, more pillows when we needed them, nothing was too much. The food was different every night with so much to offer for everyone. Brilliant options for adults and children. The staff in the restaurant worked so hard to keep all the tables clean and serving drinks. We especially loved sitting outside for our evening meal. The entertainment team are spectacular making sure all the children are involved and take the time to get to know each one of them. Our little boy is shy and took a while to relax but Rachel from the entertainment made sure he wasn’t left out and made us feel so comfortable. The pools are beautiful, the bar and snack bar are always full of everything you need for a day at the pool. We loved the shuttle bus and spent a couple of days at the beach and harbour. Don’t let any bad reviews stop you from booking this hotel for your holiday, it has everything you need and would recommended to anyone. Thank you Elba for a unforgettable holiday x

Would like to come again Felt welcome

We had a bumpy start waiting over an hour to check in late at night with young kids was not fun, and then to head into a dirty room, having been given the wrong directions to get to it also not fun! However…. I would definitely recommend this hotel and even go again. They really turned it around and Andrea on the reception team was truly fantastic. They sorted a new room which was perfect, and really looked after us the rest of the trip. The food is amazing! Great choice and the staff are so lovely in what is a very busy dining room! We tried both À la carte restaurants too and had a fabulous meal in both - my only criticism is that it may be good to do half portions for kids in these areas as we ended up wasting a lot and I hate seeing food waste… The kids area were just fab too, great sand area, great kids play rooms and the small pool is great fun and very safe for them with plenty of room for parents to be close. Drinks were good and house wine was quite good too! Great shuttle bus service which we used to explore the town one day. Overall, it could have been a bit of a disaster holiday but ended up amazing, a proper turn around and a show of what good customer service can do! Thanks for a fantastic holiday to all the team here!
