Serenity Alpha Beach

Was so looking forward to coming here for me and my wife's joint birthdays I will start by saying and getting this out of the way Hurgada airport arriving HORRENDOUS be prepared SHOCKING Hurgada airport departure even more HORRENDOUS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING Definitely don't go to HURGADA Ok travel from airport to hotel about 30/40 minutes in private taxi, longer by coach it is quite a journey On arrival to Serenity it's magnificent to see with a beautiful lobby Fantastic check in and wonderful staff. Our room was one of the last near to the beach and fantastic breakfast restaurant and an amazing saltwater pool Our room 3908 was huge and very comfortable but very very tired with TV and lights hanging of the walls Threadbare carpet,worn bathroom and cracked tiles. Haven said that the beds where really comfortable and the the room guy was a amazing and a great guy decorating our bedroom every day. The bathroom had a great walk in shower which was great Room rate 7/10 Breakfast restaurant close by with an amazing amount of choice but sometimes only luke warm eggs etc 7/10 Pool area with absolutely brilliant towel guys and drinks guy FAULTLESS friendly and amazing 10/10 they will do anything to help you You can book 3 complimentary Al a Carte restaurants a week in Serenity and sister hotel over the road Alma They are amazing but very similar You can switch between both hotels But remember the Alma is for families and is VERY NOISY unlike Serenity which is for Adults The best entertainment is at the Alma however We tried every restaurant and found the choice is first class but very samey so a score of 7/10 again Plentiful drinks menu and cocktails but very weak Plenty of FREE bottles of water All in all I would give it a solid 7/10 Plus points AMAZING GARDENS CORAL BEACH WITH TROPICAL FISH Downside be aware pathways are steep and slippery lots of elderly people fell and injured themselves MASSIVE Downsides HURGADA AIRPORT IN AND OUT 0/10

We had an amazing stay at the alpha beach. Rooms were lovely, soundings were beautiful, staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful all around the hotel. The facilities were great, food and drinks lovely and varied and the Al a cartes were amazing. Such a great holiday. A special shout out the Animation team too who do such a great job. In particular Fey, so bursting with energy and enthusiasm and made a special effort to inform us of everything going on and get us involved. Great knowledge on fitness too. A real credit to the hotel and team.

We've been to the Hurghada area over ten times and stayed in many great hotels and resorts. Serenity Alpha Beach is up there with the best. There is a high quality feel in the whole resort - the reception area is magnificent, the grounds well tended and beautiful, the bars are great, the food is excellent (particularly in the a la carte restaurants), the beach is lovely and the staff everywhere are helpful, welcoming and friendly (Ahmed who was at the main pool bar but now at the beach deserves a special shout-out - great guy). One very small comment is that the room we were in, while very spacious and well appointed, was a bit tired. However, we can see upgrading work being carried out on the resort and I'm sure this will be sorted by the next time we visit. All in all a really good experience which we would recommend highly.

We came to this hotel with high expectations, and honestly, our holiday exceeded everything we imagined ❤️ Room Fantastic, clean And big Food The food was excellent – a wide variety every day, and we always found something new to try. The buffet is rich and well-prepared, with themed dinners and à la carte restaurants available. Everyone can find something they like. Staff The staff were absolutely amazing – always smiling, friendly, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about the guests and want everyone to enjoy their stay. Animation & Entertainment A big plus goes to the animation team – they were fantastic! The program was fun, varied, and not pushy at all. You could choose to be active or just relax. Evening shows were great and created a really nice atmosphere. Beach & Pools The beach is beautiful and located right next to the hotel, perfect for relaxing or snorkeling. There is also a pier to access deeper water. There are several pools, so everyone can find their own space. Also one heated pool

I was so impressed with Serenity Alpha Beach! The buffet food was the best I've had from an all inclusive resort, plus the al la cartes were superb and offered a great variety of options. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed, loads of clothes storage, large balcony. A highlight was the amazing animal creations done by the cleaning staff using the towels. Despite being a large resort it never felt as such, it is nicely spread out. Would highly recommend Baywatch for breakfast or dinner, as it's more of a restaurant experience and smaller than the main buffet. The staff were very polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for much more really. Our only negatives (I'm being very fussy here) were the cocktails weren't great, but we found there were plenty of other drinks options. Plus it would be great if the gym could be open earlier than 9am, so you could have breakfast after. Overall, very pleased and I'm sure we will be back!

Excellent! Such an absolutely beautiful hotel and staff. I would definitely recommend here. The food was amazing and fresh and we loved the outside cooking (specials). The service is outstanding. If you want to feel really good about yourself, then this is the place to come to. I can't wait to return. The sea water is so clear that you can't even tell you are in water. The pools have plenty of sunbeds and the staff are always there to help and always with a smile and conversation. I booked this place as a relaxing place with my mother. Just the two of us, and it had exceeded our expectations by far. Perfection! Well done team.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, so there was something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant — the food was very tasty and nicely prepared, and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service and great food. We would happily come back again!

Fabulous hotel friendly and clean. Great to see Mr Aladin regularly too. The only things that let it down is the limited snack bar choices and the reception staff attitude but the rest of the staff team are fantastic! The a la carte restaurants are great although pre ordering can be a bit tricky depending on how hungry you feel. Spotlessy clean all round - thank you. Great animation team, much improved from previous visits. Joli was great and very friendly. Thank you for another great stay Alpha Hotel.

Hotel has quite good location about an hour from the airport, beautiful and big garden. Sea view room was spacious with jacuzzi tab. Room on the top were quiet and cleaning every day very careful. The hotel services was on the high level, personnel was kind, smiling and always willing to help. The strongest part of the hotel is animation team! We had spent a very good time during activities like joga, stretching, fitness, olympic games, zumba and Latino lessons. Special thanks to: Dahlia, Wiktoria, Jolie and Koko! The atmosphere were fun, magical and unforgettable. Animators took care of us. They should have their own tip box because they are worth appreciating. We were on two a'la carte dinners in Italian and Asian restaurants in that hotel and that was the best experience ever in the Egypt.
