Serenity Alpha Beach

Good place where to chill. Have 3 separated pools( one main and too relax, salty), it’s good because you have options. Food is good and have themed days. Room was little bit dirty and outdated, but good thing was that you have safe for your good stuff. Be prepared for hustlers who are trying to sell you all kinds of stuff and activities, if you don’t want to be bothered take “Do not disturb” baggie at towel spot. It makes less visits at you. Staff is friendly and supportive, specially when there is not lot of people.

From check in until checkout we were given the best service from all staff. Cases taken to room on golf trolley and wife who has slight mobility issues also taken to room on the spare seat. Meals improved as 12 nights went on and the last four nights there we ate down at the bay watch restaurant as we hadn't used our al a carte vouchers previously the restaurant is more intimate and the food is exceptional. During our stay it was our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel helped me to sort out some flowers for my wife and had the room made up to celebrate the occasion as well. Overall our first visit to this ancient land and it as opened our eyes to a whole new country of which we will be revisiting and a hotel to which we will definitely be returning to.

Fabulous holiday all round. Staff were accommodating without being too intrusive. Huge shout out to Khaled at the beachside restaurant, Mostapha at dinner and cleaners Younis and Abdisalam. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The towel sculptures were amazing. Huge selection of varied food. Several pools - saltwater, heated etc. Only drawback is that the sea, although beautiful, is not deep enough for swimming. And the deeper waters were only accessible at certain times.

I had an amazing time once again,amazing hotel friendly and very helpful staff a lovely place to relax.All the staff are very friendly but would like to say a special thankyou to safaa she was so lovely kind and warm always had a smile on her face and my stay as a solo traveller she made it even more wonderful so if your reading this safaa thankyou very much many thanks Paul winthrop

Fantastic grounds and staff, always sunny! The house keeping fellas were really friendly and made great characters out of towels everyday.

Had such a lovely time at the serenity alpha beach in October. The hotel was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you every single one of them. Was my daughters birthday whist I was there Larena couldn’t do enough to help as well as the pool guys down at the salt water pool ( Big shout out to the 2 barmen at the main pool too they really looked after us well all holiday ( Hamed & Lamine Yamal 😉) . . Love love love the animation team especially Ellie, kaitlyn momo and the rest of the team they work really hard ❤️ all run really well by G. Would deffo return

The checkin was smooth the room allocated was very comfortable with a sea view, room cleanliness was good by the cleaner allocated to our room. We had an issue with the shower pressure which we notified but unfortunately could not be resolved. WIFI was an issue in the bedroom and some other areas apart from the lounge. Would have preferred a smart TV as the channels provided were limited. The spread was plentiful with lots of choice of Veg and non Veg. The main swimming pool area was clean and well serviced lots of loungers activities and books to read and plenty of snacks and refreshments available. The beach bar restaurant was accessible and had good food and service. Plenty of activities provided was plentiful such as crazy golf yoga to aqua aerobics. Late afternoon fresh juices and fruit was provided by the main swimming pool area. The dinner was had a lot of choice with a bbq. There were two bars in the main area providing different types of drink from cocktails to mocktails and spirits. Evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable. Remotely located. Very safe place. Very quiet. Kids are mostly in the neighboring hotel which is also accessible. Good food (but no 24/7 option)

This is my second time visiting Egypt, and I don’t regret choosing this hotel at all! Everything was just perfect. The food was delicious and varied every day, and the staff were all so kind, attentive, and welcoming. The hospitality was excellent. The rooms were clean, the cleaning service came every day, and the fridge was always restocked with water and soft drinks. Sometimes we even got a plate of fresh fruits, such a nice touch! The pools were clean and well-maintained. The DJ at the main pool was amazing, always playing great music and creating a fun atmosphere. The daily activities and evening shows were entertaining and different every day. The animation team was super friendly, always smiling and full of positive energy. A special mention to the chef animator, Miley, who was always in a great mood. If I come back to Hurghada, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel without hesitation!
