Serenity Alpha Beach

This was our first holiday in Egypt and we loved it! The hotel was lovely, we had a great room, a bit tired but really big and had everything we needed, our room guy Hamed cleaned our room spotlessly every single day, refilled our fridge daily and left the most beautiful decorations on our anniversary 😍 he worked so hard! The food was great, the selection was varied and there was always something to enjoy. We enjoyed the outside bbq area and the bay watch restaurant with a beautiful view of the beach for dinner. We made friends with all the guys who served drinks and we were never left with empty glasses 🤪 they all work incredibly hard keeping everything clean & tidy. Special mention to Mohamed the manager of the main restaurant area who we made good friends with, he really looked after us, sadly we never got to say goodbye before we left, he was a great guy!! We hung around the main pool area alot and the lifeguards would always get us towels and a sunbed, set up our umbrella and chat to us every day, they were so lovely and again work so incredibly hard keeping the area safe, clean and tidy. The guy who runs the bar at the pool remembers everyone's drinks and runs about serving everyone with a smile and a 'I love you' he was amazing ❤️ The animation team were always about working so hard, especially Ellie - Mae & Mo, always getting everyone involved in fun games and activities, their energy was so infectious and we made great friends with them 💕the water polo was great fun, the foam party was hilarious, we joined in with lots of stuff. We miss you guys 💖 The guys that come round from the shops selling stuff are lovely too, we never bought anything and after saying no thank you a few times, we would just chat to them and learn about their families and culture, it was really nice. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday, everyone was incredibly friendly and would definitely come back ❤️

We have been to Serenity now for 6 times (and counting!). It is simply paradise on Earth. The staff is the best! From bartender to poolmaster like Ahmed Sayed to restaurant manager like Mohamed Yehia. We will keep coming back every year! See you in March 26

Amazing place for relaxation. It's a very clean and quiet hotel. The food and the snacks are amazing and the staff was very helpful. The whole experience was fantastic. The only downside was the beach. It has so many rocks. But once you go into the deep, the view is amazing. Snorkling, diving, just watching from the side, it was all a great experience.

The staff was friendly and professional and the service was great I recommend the hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and royalty ❤️👌

It was an amazing period .. we interested a lot . Everything was more than perfect Also we did our gender reveal all the team were helpful especially Ms.Heba she helped us alot.

We just stayed a week in Serenity Alpha Beach. In short: a very nice big but quiet resort. Ideal for the escape from the busy daily life and to be pampered. Every day of the staff is doing everything here to make you happy, with the delicious food, service and above all their kindness. The food is very varied. Compared to many other previously visited resorts, the food is of a high standard and very varied. Some something for everyone! The accommodations may be able to get a renovation/update in the meantime, but you don't have to give up on luxury or supplies. Everything is definitely present and taken care of! We already had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend in terms of price / quality ratios.

Very nice Hotel need a modifications staff all very helpful polite also the entertainment team of very good keeping everyone occupied with taking part in games during the day and activities. Also night shows are very nice.

Absolutely amazing resort the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were all so friendly, big thanks to Karam and Ahmed from the relax swim up bar, and Ahmed the lifeguard and amir from the baywatch bar his cocktails were amazing, food was really good, really good variety every day and the beach bar for lunch was so relaxing, we did appear to be one of the only English couples at the time we were there but we met some lovely people, if you get chance try the Brazilian restaurant so much food we couldn’t do it all but amazing quality thank you to everyone that made our stay so amazing
