Serenity Alpha Beach

Just had two wonderful weeks at this amazing hotel. It was our second visit and was as good, if not better than before. The staff cannot do enough for you, they all want you to enjoy your stay. There was some new a la carte restaurants and although they are all good the chandrika (indian) was our absolute favourite. The manager of the chandrika went out of his way to make the experience fantastic and fun. The rooms are spacious and clean the pools are well looked after and clean and the food in the buffet restaurants and snack bar is amazing, if you can't find at least one thing you like then there's something wrong, there's so many choices and varieties. We will definitely return, to our now absolute favourite hotel, just hope it's soon. Please praise all the staff as they are what make this hotel so good 😊

Very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly we will come again and especially we want to highlight Manu the barman and the lifeguard of the relaxing pool Mahmoud for being very kind funny and friendly people. we love them very much and we hope to see them again. thank you all for this wonderful stay!

We stayed here as a family from July 10th to 14th, and it was a truly memorable experience. 🏝 **Location** The hotel is located on the south outskirts of Makadi Bay and consists of two connected properties: Serenity Alma and Serenity Alpha. A peaceful area with easy access to all essentials. 🛎 **Reception and Luggage Service** Staff at the reception were kind and helpful. There’s an ATM conveniently placed in the corner of the lobby. 🛏 **Room** Our room was a bit old but very clean. Whenever we needed something, the response was quick. A helpful tip: request an extra key card to keep the air conditioning running while you're away – absolutely crucial during the hot summer days. 🍽 **Food and Beverage** We dined mainly at the main restaurant, which offered a good variety of tasty food. Every meal included freshly grilled and fried options outdoors. Each evening featured a themed dinner – one night was Egyptian, with guests seated on colorful stools enjoying puff pastry sweets. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were of impressive quality. We also visited the beach restaurant once in the afternoon and had snacks – the pizza and tuna salad left a great impression. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 **Personnel and Service** Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to have a genuine sense of hospitality. The shuttle bus service was fast – when we missed one, security called and the bus returned promptly to pick us up. 🌴 **Facilities** Beautiful date trees surrounded the pool areas. There was a large cage with two giant parrots and a tiny turtle on the ground – a favorite spot for the kids. 🌊 **Beach and Corals** The seabed is made up of hard coral, so it’s best to wear water shoes when walking. To our surprise, the shallow waters were teeming with life – we spotted shrimp, fish, a large moray eel, and two juveniles on different days. We went diving once at the house reef. While some of the corals were partially dead, marine life was thriving. We encountered at least three moray eels, an octopus, lionfish, and several other species. ✨ **Conclusion** Serenity Alpha Beach is a family-friendly resort that’s definitely worth your vacation time and money.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel It’s calm very big and well maintained the DJ aboud was incredible super friendly and kept the vibes fun from the animation team I loved Rinka our favorite animation girl she’s so sweet, energetic, and welcoming. Special thanks to the lifeguards Ahmed for he big boss and Mansoor always very kind and professional the staff overall are kind and helpful.

We have just returned from absolutely wonderful 10 days of holidays in Serenity Alpha Beach. The hotel has the most spectacular home coral reef - it's a huge coral wall, vibrant, and very much alive (many reefs in the Red Sea are dead, unfortunately). You are guaranteed to see lots of different colourful species of fish any time you get into the water. If you're lucky, you might even encounter sea turtles, dolphins, mantas, and dugongs. We also fell in love with the hotel's grounds - it's like an oasis, green and beautiful. Whoever planted all those trees many years ago deserves our gratitude. There are some very special species of trees growing on the hotel grounds. Some are native to Madagascar, some to Caribbean, some to India. All the trees are very well established and taken great care of. We felt like we were living in Botanical Gardens somewhere. Huge thanks to everyone taking care of all the plants there. It's definitely not easy to keep them in perfect health in Egyptian climate 🙏 The food was also great, in every restaurant. In addition to the main restaurant and Bay Watch restaurant on the beach, we had an option to choose any 3 out of 6 other themed restaurants for every week of stay. We chose Italian and Indian - both were 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning that every member of staff in every restaurant was beyond helpful and nice! Our special thanks go to Ahmed Mahmoud Hasan from the Bay Watch Restaurant. He made our every meal an extremely enjoyable experience. We are also very grateful to Mr. Mahmoud, at the reception, for our room upgrade and for our access to the Bay Watch Restaurant 🙏 This made our holidays absolutely perfect! Animation was also a high-quality one. Every day and every night, there was something to keep the guests entertained. We personally loved the Fire Show, it was absolutely breathtaking. There are some shops on the hotel grounds which is very convenient since the hotel is quite far away from Hurgada. Mr. Mina Nushy Sabry, the owner of the Book Shop, was especially helpful. He sourced something for us that we wanted but couldn't find. He is a very nice person, we really enjoyed our conversations with him. Abdullah, Hassan, and all the guys from the Oil Shop on the beach are also absolutely brilliant. They were always super friendly and super helpful, a real pleasure to interact with. I am so happy I brought home a bunch of aromatic treasures from their shop. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I hope we will be back - next time with a big group of friends! This hotel deserves heartfelt recommendation 🤩

The hotel is more than wonderful, all the hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful, especially Mr. Haitham Ezz El Arab and Mr. Mohamed Awis. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the green spaces inside the hotel are vast, the coral reefs on the beach are breathtaking, the food is varied and very delicious, the hotel is very close to Serenity Ross Park, I recommend the visit and I intend to repeat it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in every corner. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough for a relaxing break. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to come back again!
