Serenity Alpha Beach

À peine arrivés à l’hôtel, nous avons été pris en charge tout de suite. Le personnel de l’accueil est extrêmement sympathique et parle plusieurs langues (merci à Ousama !). Nous avons fait un upgrade pour une chambre avec baignoire jacuzzi : spacieuse, propre et avec une très belle terrasse. Quelques traces de vétusté, mais rien de gênant. Le parc et les piscines sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, rendant le séjour vraiment agréable. Les piscines “relaxing” sont calmes et il y a très peu d’enfants, un vrai plus ! Côté nourriture, c’est varié et bon pour un all inclusive. Quelques soucis de Wi-Fi vite réglés par l’accueil. Seul bémol : les animateurs pas très impliqués et un peu trop flirteuses/flirteurs meme avec les tres jeunes Pas mal de gens avec des tatouages natio ou n.azi (pas la faute de l’hotel) En résumé, un excellent séjour ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci à tout le personnel, et tout particulièrement à Ousama ! 🌞

Hi, for me personal everything was good. The food was ok, almost different every day, the entertaiment group was super nice, they have a lot of energy, the outside garden and places are super beautiful. For me and my friend the problem was the inside of the rooms, we were expected to be more like 5 stars, but we were disspointed. The rooms are old, the furniture it is like you see it in the pictures but old not really like there. The doors and the windows are very old and demaged ( i mean in my friend room it was like this, i will attach the photos), you hear the wind because of the doors. The staff was super, and really try to make everybody a good staying. My friend wanted to change the room, because of the broken wall or windows(i don’t know to explain), and they changed her with another one. So my recomandation for you the tourists it is, if you don’t mind of the old furniture and old door and windows, you can really come here, everything it is nice. My recomandation for the manager, it is to try to paint a bit the walls on the rooms, to change a bit the furniture..

The scenery of the Red Sea is stunning — it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a vacation. We are travelers from Taiwan, and Vanessa invited us to join a dart-throwing activity. The rules were clearly explained, and the process went smoothly. We had a great experience and truly appreciate the animation team at Serenity Alpha Beach for giving us such a wonderful memory.

Absolutely lovely hotel from staff to the food, amazing . The whole complex was clean and the gardens and pool areas are spotless. The pool was a little too cold the first week in April however we sunbathed by the quiet adult only pool , the pool guy was so friendly and brought your towels to your chosen sunbeds, and the pool bar staff bring your drinks for you,great service. Our room overlooked the quiet pool and was peaceful and stocked with soft drinks and water daily, our room boy was very friendly and cleaned our room brilliantly. The rooms are a little dated but does not spoil your holiday. The food is amazing. loads of choice and tasty,the beef melts in your mouth, gorgeous! please note as we didnt realise for a few days there is also an outside area doing food such as chips , kebabs bbq food should you want a change. There are multiple place to sit and eat your food. Breakfast was nice too with a good selection , i had egg on toast most days though.The drinks are avaiable from numerous bars, the cocktails are not upto much but ok. plenty of selection of others though.All the staff are amazing except one guy on reception who was ignorant. All the other staff on reception, pool guys , room guys, waiters, customer relations, all are so helpful and the guys on the towel beach huts too. There is a bit of a hill on the complex from some rooms to the main reception and restaurant this could be a problem for those with a mobility problem. All in all we had a lovely peaceful week at a great hotel, do not hesitate to go its fabulous.

Serentit Alpha Beach is a very beautiful hotel, all the staff are extremely friendly and you are treated well. Be sure to try out the themed restaurants and make your reservations in good time. The entertainment team is also very well coordinated, so get in touch with them as they will also help to make your vacation even better. Nour in particular, with her open and friendly manner, will ensure you have a special vacation.

Serenity Alpha Beach is one of the most beautiful resorts I've been to, the staff, the food and especially the animation team made me have one of the best vacations ever!

We came to this hotel 6 years ago, so were really looking forward to our return. When we arrived we unfortunately did not receive a welcome drink. We were given our key cards etc, signed into the Wi-Fi and went to our rooms. I requested a change of room and this was done immediately no hassle what so ever, the room had a great view and was extremely spacious. (1253) our friends were in 3091 and would like to say a big thank you to Ahmed who kept there room spotless and was very creative with his towel art. There were very few changes, accept for the Baywatch Restaurant and Bar Area, located by the Beach. We found out by chance that as returning customers we were able to use this restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner our waiter was Khaled, he and all the staff worked so hard to keep everyone happy. Ramadan who greeted you as you entered and took room numbers just happened to mention it when we were having a conversation about it. When we were here before the restaurant was just a derelict building. (which you can see in the attached photos) I think this is something that should of been mentioned on arrival. It was much quieter than the main restaurant. We loved it. We also ate of the Beach Restaurant, they have a set menu with quite a few choices and this was waiter service, Peter was one of the waiters. Three of the A la carte Restaurants are in the sister hotel opposite Serenity Alma, food was great we went 3 times. I do have 1 negative, you have to book the A la carte restaurants by using a touch screen, you also have to view the menus this way, you need your room number and code which you are given on arrival which is used for your Wi-Fi access. This is ok if you don't mind using a computer screen and there isn't a queue behind you as this can take some time as you have to choose your food for each person. Not sure how the older generation would get on. Lost the personal touch of sitting and going through the menus at leisure. Not a great deal of entertainment at night, on a couple of nights they had people come in for Dance shows etc. There was an animation team but they were not easy to spot, I felt that they should of all been dressed the same, a proper uniform to show they were a Team and making them easier to spot. It can't cost that much to kit them out. Only 2 of the Team Ellie-May and Emily spoke to us during our 2 weeks. Ellie-May was bright and bubbly, always had time for a chat. The Gardens and communal areas were always spotless including the toilets we used down by the beach they were frequently throughout the day, the young man did a fab job. The food in all the restaurants was fantastic, so many choices even for a fussy eater like me. We liked the Salty pool, we spent our days there and would like to thank Alaa, Mohamed and both the pool boys for always making sure we had drinks and sun beds. The rooms are clean but are looking a little tired, the air-con is not as cold as it could be, but all in all the atmosphere and staff are amazing.

Pros: -very lovely property well maintained -Staff extremely friendly and try to be helpful in spite of language barrier -All inclusive if you like your beer and wine or liquor -food and water are safe to eat and drink. Ice included. The hotel really keeps good standards to make sure guests do not get “Delhi Belly”! So feel safe eating at the resort. -grounds are just lovely and so well maintained -all the chairs and loungers are in good working order with plenty of umbrellas and loungers at the hotel beachfront -many large pools including adult only pools -ample food choices at the buffet restaurants -great resort for the working class and retired Germans since one price covers everything from lodgings, food and drink. Staff were always trying to be friendly and helpful if they could. I used my Google Translate several times English to Arabic and it worked fine if language was a barrier. Staff worked so hard to keep customers happy and the grounds looking beautiful. It is an Oasis in the desert. Snorkeling right off the waterfront pier is quite good for seeing fish and the staff are smart enough to know to throw bread into the water when people get in to snorkel to draw fish. Cons: Because the hotel caters to an European audience, primarily German, everyone is smoking. Only the indoor restaurants and lobby are smoke free. Then again that is most places in the world outside of California. -The cooked food is flavorless and meats are over cooked making them dry and chewy. -AC barely worked in the room but since we picked a time of year that it was not blistering hot so we managed. -Forget any stable WiFi except in the lobby. So make sure you have a good data plan. -The speciality restaurants food is not much different than the food served in the main dining halls. We tried one and canceled the rest as the food seemed to be the same. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing resort. I would recommend it for a week of just being lazy. While the food was disappointing for our tastebuds and the WiFi sucked, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a break and wants to just chill.

It was a quite place, where it looks like in the pictures. But I think the other hotel had more Food options and a better Entertainment Team. And to be honest, many workers there tried to flirt with me while my husband sat somewhere else.

I stayed at Serenity Alpha Beach for a week on my own, and honestly? I couldn’t have picked a better place. The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach is right there, and everything was super clean and well organized. But what really made it special were the entertainers. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit awkward, but the animation team made me feel welcome from day one. They were so full of good vibes, always up for a laugh, and really brought people together – without forcing anything. I ended up joining games, dancing in the evening shows, and even making a few new friends, all thanks to the atmosphere they created. Big shoutout to the whole crew – you guys are legends! Would 100% come back – solo or not. If you’re traveling alone and worried about getting bored? Don’t be. You’ll be in great hands here.
