Serenity Alpha Beach

It was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially some of the animation team- Ellie, Katlyn and Moksha. Me and my family really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

Lovely Hotel. Was more relaxing than "party mode" which is just what we like. Ali (pool attendant) and Abdel Rahman (bar attendant) at the heated pool were fantastic and made each day very relaxing with their excellent service.

Me and my family had a very nice experience at this hotel. We were there in September 2025. The weather was great, the hotel was very nice, the rooms were cleaned daily. I admired the hospitality of the hosts and their friendly approach. I can highly recommend serenity alpha beach to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and enjoying beautiful surroundings. ps. snorkelling is a must at this hotel, it was one of the best experiences of my life

For a person with limited mobility (prosthetic leg) walking up and down lots of steps and slopes is not the easiest... not a lift in site. To get to any of the swimming pools, beach or resturants is a challenge so if you have limited mobility, seriously consider before booking. The majority of the staff seem to favour other nationalities (German, Dutch etc) before conversing with the "British", which is a shame. The few staff members that we had regular interactions with were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Cannot promote either the Indian or Brazilian restaurants enough, fantastic. Indian - small setting, but great food and staff couldn't do enough. Brazilian - for the feast ahead you need to expect to be available for 2 - 3 hours. Every morning around the main pool, be prepared to be peppered with either traders trying to sign you up for different ventures (Spa, Beuaty, trips etc). There are signs you can get from the pools side that say "Do not Disturb", but they ignore these. The entertainment staff trying to coax you into whatever exercise or activity is on that day will be another constant. On checkout my wife completed a feedback form and when reception read through, she was given the 3rd degree over her comments. Where if things were thoroughly explained at check in then her comments may have been different.

Our stay was very good staff were very helpful during the stay made the holiday unforgettable. Osama was very helpful in the reception with a huge smile and wonderful welcome.

It was Great! I love Egypt, the people and the Trips! The Animation team at Serenity Alpha was sooo cool! Seee youuu next year! The Hotel was also really Clean They have many pools and a riff at the Strand.

Just about to fly home from a lovely holiday here at Serenity Alpha Beach. The hotel is beautiful, right on a private beach and a platform that you can snorkel from. There are 3 pools, one lively and 2 more quiet ones. All the staff her cannot do enough for you, especially Mohammed from the main restaurant, our cleaner and the staff at the bars who always remembered your drinks. The room was very spacious and clean if not a little tired, the minibar stocked up regularly and fresh water every day. The entertainment staff worked hard, I particularly enjoyed the yoga. I fully recommend the spa, Minhe who gave me a trio of massages over the week was amazing in relaxing my frozen shoulder.

Amazing stay! The hotel’s location is perfect with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet — we slept so well! Great value for money, delicious and varied food, and excellent service. Special thanks to Miss Larina for her kindness and warm smile. We’d love to come back next year!
