Had an amazing time at serenity alpha beach hotel. Very sad to leave after 7 days of beautiful winter sun. We loved everything about the hotel which was beautiful. The animation team especially Joli, Mustafa, Koko & Miley were amazing & involved us in so many activities & greeted us with a smile very morning. The waiters & the bar staff were also fantastic mainly Mohamed at the buffet , Mahmoud in main bar & Ahmed in beach bar. The cleaner Mustafa was also very talented with animal creations with towels & our rooms were kept spotless. All the hotel staff were happy & friendly & made the holiday feel special. Thank you sooo much. We will be back definitely.

We stayed in February 2026. The staff were wonderful — everyone was friendly and welcoming. The bar staff, restaurant team, animation team, and reception were all excellent. We attended yoga, stretching, and fitness classes — the animation team gave it their all 😊 The hotel is in a secluded location, with only another hotel from the same group nearby and the desert around. However, there is plenty of entertainment on the property to have a great time. You can also book a quad bike excursion nearby or go to the center of Hurghada. The rooms are spacious enough and have everything you need. However, they are a bit outdated and could use renovation. The towels should be replaced, and the beach towels are also quite worn — you can tell they’re not new 🙂 The beach and sea are wonderful. The reef is beautiful, and it’s very interesting to watch the fish. The food is delicious, and there is always something for every taste. Lots of meat, seafood, red fish, and grilled dishes. Every day there is something new and varied.

Perfect animation, perfect location and perfect food. In total its a dream hotel i've never been in a better place to relax and do sport at the same time. The pictures don't lie it really looks like this so book your dream and be happy!🤗

Rooms were a little bit old but still fine, the animation team were funny and cool and did good exercises, the food was good all in all the hotel is good.

Me and my Husband went to this hotel for 9 nights it was just what we needed, the reason for writing this review is there is 2 members of staff that really need to be recognised for how they made us feel Emad was absolutely amazing what a credit to your hotel the most kind and caring person ever always made sure we were ok and if we needed anything such a good worker and really knows how to make you feel welcome, Also Mohammed the lifeguard at the relaxing pool again made us feel relaxed and genuine kind hearted person. Food was good although it was very repetitive but other than that we had an amazing time.

An excellent resort, great food, loads of variety, they managed our allergy issue with diligence, great beach with a fish filled reef including Dolphins, we made full use of the Dive Centre and Spa, all staff were happy to assist in any way needed or requested, the room was a palace, clean and housekeeping were brilliant, this is a well managed resort and the investment in staff training shines through as the food operations are complex, busy but flow efficiently, the entertainment team were engaged and positive, their command of several different languages is a credit to them.

Me and mum stayed at Serenity Hotel for one week for some winter sun, the hotel was amazing and the staff were great especially the entertainment team. Joli greeted me and my mum regularly making sure we were happy providing us with many activities around the hotel. Also the food was one of the best buffet selection I have been too, fresh salads and a big selection of meats everyday. Will happily come again to escape the winter weather back in England.

Very dissatisfied that the premium all inclusive dinner and breakfast venue is closed due to building works. We paid extra for this and for premium alcohol which is non existent. The beach and reef are lovely as are the staff. Special shout out to Ellie in the animation team for making our trip special. I feel we should have been warned about the extensive building work going on ! Our sea view balcony has a great view of a crane with workers banging and crashing and shouting and hollering .
