Excellent meals.

Great location and comfortable room.Staff were friendly.

Didn't like the noise of the kitchen extraction fans coming on outside our room at 7am every morning but didn't impact our stay enough for us to request to move rooms;if we stayed again,we would ask to make sure we weren't in that room again!

Wonderful, great location for visiting Ludlow, fabulous restaurant for dinner and breakfast, Great staff, very pleasant stay, would definitely return,

We stayed in the bigger cottage room. It was quiet and very comfortable. We travelled with our dog, and therefore had meals in the bar area which was very nice.The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent. We would definitely stay again in the cottage.

Having stayed before the breakfast was good just the right size service to youre table .The dining room was closed for a few days so only ate their once good quality but a bit pricy.

stayed monday until friday, on the thursday they started to close the square for the May Fair the roads were closed off with diversions. As we had only travellled back to our hotel the diversions took us round in circles ,luckily a kind delivery man told us of a different route from the other side of ludlow.This is an annual event so perhaps the hotel could have made sure their guests knew of this route.The May fair has a large funfair in the square and the atmosphere had changed.

Coffee weak

The breakfast was excellent, both in terms of options and freshness, being prepared to order. Good location a short walk from a busy town so no need to bother with parking in town. The room was very comfortable and we were able to see the Castle too!

Our only recommendation would be to let the Hotel know ahead of time if you want to eat as it was closed for our night there, although the bar was open.

The location, in easy walking distance to the weir and the town centre. The bedroom was very comfortable with pristine bed linen.

The bath room wood-chip paper was very ‘dated’ and felt tired and in need of redecoration. The breakfast room felt a bit like a greenhouse - uncomfortably warm in the morning sun.
