Hill house Hotel

The location is convenient.

Amazing very close to everything. Namsan cable car, N. Seoul Tower, bus station

It was just a little outdated. Everything else about the hotel was great!

We planned a two day layover in Seoul to experience Myeong-dong shopping and street food for the first time. Hotel was an easy 10 minute walk from the Hoehyeon airport bus stop. I had watched a YouTube video prior to arriving which described the walk, so it was like I already knew my way there! Arrived prior to 3pm check-in and they gladly held our bags so we could begin our explorations. We stayed in one of the large rooms for four adults. Room was good size, beds were very firm but being jetlagged we had no problems sleeping. Only issue with accommodations was the bathroom arrangement which, being enclosed only in frosted glass did not afford the amount of privacy we would like. Air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was slim pickings, which we opted to skip and go to one of the many coffee shops/bakeries close by. The shopping at Myeong-dong was also a 10 minute close and easy walk. We asked the desk clerk if it was possible to walk to Namsan Seoul Tower. He said it was not, that it would take two hours. We did manage using Google maps, to find our way to the cable car station in about 20 minutes. We all very much enjoyed our stay in South Korea, the Hill House Hotel, and would stay again.

It is an amazing place to stay and enjoy with your family at Hill House Hotel. They always clean your room and very accommodating to us.

Clean but the breakfast menu need to improve

Lovely property with an excellent location; situated about 5 mins walk to the station. Modern hotel; does the job. The only issue for me was the bed; probably down to preference, but I found it a bit too hard. And the bed does creak a lot; quite loudly, especially as I toss and turn a lot in my sleep. Apart from that, it was a 4/5 for me :)

The hotel was nice and convenient to move around Seoul. It is only a few minutes from the underground and bus stops. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was fine. No laundry service available but there’s a launderette next door which does it and brings your clothes to the hotel.

Five minutes walk from Nandaemon Market. Convenient for everything (except for the hill). Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Recommended.
