Hill house Hotel

I loved the stay. Will definitely stay here again next time. Very convenient!

It was a lovely stay room was clean some stains. The shower water wouldn’t stay one temperature It kept going from super hot to cold hand to keep messing with it but over all it was a good place to stay the staff was amazing

Very nice hotel, close to atractions place.! near market and Metro station.!!!

Particularly impressed by the receptionists who were helpful and who always knew who we were.

Nice staff but didn't like the bed. Rooms need to be refreshed.

Hotel staffs were all very approachable and helpful! We needed help with navigation and transport and they helped us a lot by providing us with relevant details and contacts. However, the hotel location is definitely not the most ideal. It's quite a distance away from the nearest subway station Hoehyeon) , about 10-15 minutes walk. We got lost a few times while trying to find our way back to the hotel as the area can be quite dark and hence confusing at night.

The hotel itself definitely lived up to my expectations. It was exactly the way it is shown in pictures. The staff are extremely helpful and always there to answer any queries - be it directions to a certain place or recommendations for activities you can do around the area. The cleaning service was lovely. The room was always clean, bed made up (change of sheets), clean towels daily, trash emptied, fridge restocked with water, etc. everyday that I was there. The breakfast was also great. The lady who serves it is quite sweet. The TV, aircon, and heated floors made my stay super comfy. It was an overall stunning place to stay at. Its close to N Seoul Tower (7min walk to the cable carts), Myeongdong ( also about 7 min walk), Namdaemun Market, and two subway stations - myeongdong and hoehyeon. It's a bit of an uphill getting to the hotel, but a little exercise is great after feasting on some Korean foods. It's a safe area and quitr a welcoming hotel. I woukd reccommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the experience Hill House Hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent- walking distance to Seoul tower and myeongdong! The hotel is a bit outdated and is situated on a “Hill”- hence the name, but we only stayed for two days and were out most of the time. Driving is possible but the streets are extremely narrow. We were able to park in the very limited parking area and leave the keys at the front desk for staff to move and rearrange our vehicle within the parking area. The staff speaks English and are very friendly. Overall, the hotel is clean, the location is excellent, and the staff is great! I would come back again!

It was a bit hard to walk with luggage, especially on top of tje hill. And with the stairs before entering the hotel just crushed my breath even further. The reception man helped me bring luggage up but it felt bad to trouble him. All these aside, the hotel and it's service was really worth it!! Clean room with all the basic met! With breakfast too! 10 mins walk to Namdaemun market. 15 mins walk to Myeongdong. I really don't mind staying there again especially on a tight budget. :) I just wished the canteen lady could be friendlier and less. I don't want to use the word racist, but she was friendlier to the whites lol.

The lady in reception area was very helpful & spoke fluent English. She was quick to help us to fix the toilet in night time
