House 5863- Chicago's Premier Bed and Breakfast

Erick was very friendly and responsive. The neighborhood around was wonderful. We walked everywhere we went and were able to park on the street with no problems. We would stay again. Thank you!

Cozy little place. The only adjustment I could make is have better options for breakfast like eggs and bacon and such. No complaints tho because it was still great to sleep in. Super clean

Room was fine, just a bed. The bathroom was down the hall. It was pretty much a house turned into an air B&B renting out the bedrooms. Not exactly what I expected for a bed and breakfast

Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast offerings are more like a continental breakfast vs full but plenty to offer. The common areas are comfy.

Parking on the street can be trying but that’s expected in Chicago. A small parking area for guests would be nice.

This was such a lovely gem of a mini-hotel. Very clean, stylish, and easy to get in and out. Management was very friendly and communicative.

Had a nice stay. We had a private bath that was down the hall from our room. Everything was clean. Check in was smooth- we communicated through text and that worked well.
