House 5863- Chicago's Premier Bed and Breakfast

The facility itself was excellent, artsy and very comfortable and pleasant. The check-in was friendly and quick.

There were two things that were short of perfect here. One, the continental breakfast items were great but not fully stocked, e.g. they ran out of yoghurt by the time we arrived for breakfast, there was no butter or ice at all and no half-and-half or even little creamers. The second irritating thing was the way they structured fees -- by the time they all added up, the BnB was not really much less expensive than a standard or even luxury hotel in the city.

Located in a fabulous neighborhood north of downtown Chicago, easily accessible by bus, Lyft or train. Excellent rooms, the common areas are excellently planned. Highly recommended and will be back.

Great place! Very comfortable and accommodating. The snacks in the kitchen were very much appreciated. I highly recommend.

It was a nice place to stay near the Loyola Campus. The outdoor space was lovely to sit and eat breakfast. The area seemed safe and well kept.

I loved the 24 hour self serve snack area. The neighborhood was beautiful and so convenient to the L. My room had private access to the gorgeous back deck. Perfect place to stay to visit my niece at Loyola.

The property never responded to about 10 phone calls, the message I left, or the door when I rang two different times after check in time that evening.
