Palazzo Marzoli Resort

The manager cheated on us that there is no posiibility to find a place to park in the town and the price 90 EURO PER DAY is normal practice. He said that we must pay for 5 days right now. I paid and then I found parkings with price 35 Euro per day. I took my car out of the parking but they refused to give my money back. Terrible PLACE!!!

I visited the restaurant twice , I went 2 days in a row. My wife and I loved the Sea-bream fish and the tagliatelle pasta with truffles. It was amazing. The whole staff from Maria to Marco , Sarah and the rest were all very hospitable and most courteous . It is a must go for anyone looking to eat good authentic Italian food.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!If you would like to avoid last minute cancellation from the hotel without any explanation!!!! They canceled our 1st room from week before and second room 4 days before our arrival days! We tried to reach to hotel but no one get back with us! Worst experience ever!!!

Parking cost was overly priced, 200 Euros for two nights The washroom door did not lock The bathroom stand up shower - the drainage would clog The mini fridge items overly priced- especially bottled water 5.00 Euro The hotel room was overly priced for what it offers. The location was not bad as it was beside the connivence store and walking distance to the town of Positano Staff greeted well, rooms were cleaned daily.

The ports of electricity wouldn’t work, the beds were very uncomfortable , the a/c doesn’t work very well , Their is no sauna no gym no spa … when I looked up the property it showed that this was included .

A person in the reception was very rude and did not want to give me the key to my vehicle at check out, nor did he allow us to carry the suitcases to the car until they checked the room, even with my cash deposit which I had to remind him to return, the own parking was very expensive $90 Euros per night for the place for the vehicle seemed excessive to me, the breakfast included in the room was very simple and if you wanted something more excessively expensive (15 Euros for an omelet) even though it said that breakfast was included as in most hotels, but they only give you coffee, bread and juice very poor breakfast

Very rude, and terrible service

We had a great size room- I believe it was called superior. Very spacious, nice balcony over looking the coast. We had no issues. Room was always clean and replenished. Great water pressure, powerful hair dryer, and prompt delivery of breakfast each morning. Breakfast is lite but plenty. There are great restaurants near by and the bus stop is right around the corner. You will definitely need to take advantage of Interno Positano bus as it is very far from the beaches and center of town. We enjoyed Fornillo Beach and had a private boat tour using Blue Star! Highly recommend! We also did a private tour of Path of the Gods. It was fabulous!

We were disappointed in how far it was. We didn't realize the location was so far up the hill. Front desk was 24 hour service, but never once did they open up the door for us. They wanted to keep our key at the front desk and we felt very uncomfortable. Worse breakfast of our lives. Honeymoon suite was incredible though. Just very very far walk from center let alone Beach.
