Palazzo Marzoli Resort

First off- the name is deceiving. This place is not a RESORT! It does not have many of the amenities advertised! No spa. No hot tubs. No transport Rude owners and clearly take advantage of the language barrier. My daughter and I enjoyed the view from our balcony. The shower doors leak all over the floor. The included breakfast is sub par. Worst of all- we decided to order room service one night because we were exhausted. Omg! At check out he wanted 86 euro for approximately 8 French fries and a cheese pizza- worst we had in our entire 20day trip. No beverages! Where do they get that audacity! This place is no where close to the beach. Plenty of other hotels with a great view. I rate this place D+.

We stayed in a suite with a view. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed. It was hard and very thin. The shower was tiny and the water sprayed in every direction. The shower was full of mold. We left early the bed was so uncomfortable. This is not worth the price. It is definitely not a four star resort.

Arrived at this hotel to be greeted by an extremely rude man who spoke only two words to us repeatedly: "no reservation, no reservation". He refused to accept that we did have a reservation even though I showed him the reservation confirmation. He did not try to help or have any empathy for our situation. From reading other reviews on this site it is clear that this hotel's policy is to double book rooms. I have reported the hotel to our travel agent who has removed it from their listings.

Good service and wonderful people at the front

The AC of the room was not working and the director of the property was so rude and basically told us that this is what it is and won't be able to do anything. Much better hotels around and one should not waste time and money on this property

I booked this hotel using Travelocity. When I arrived, I learned that many of the features per the Travelocity listing simply did not exist. I'm not talking about small things...but big errors. There is NO gym, free beach shuttle, bar, cafe, tennis court. It's a hotel with rooms...nothing else! And to beat that, it is at the highest most point (LITERALLY) from the beach. It's 1,000 steep steps up and down. If you want, you can take a crowded bus...but there is NO FREE BEACH SHUTTLE as advertised. Book somewhere else.

Wonderful place with an extraordinary view! The lady that is the owner is very special! We feel home! The coffee is served at balcony! Everyone that works here is very sweet and welcoming The room service is very nice and organized and clean!

This is one of the worst hotels ever stayed, the AC doesn't work, wifi doesn't work and the mini bar doesn't cool. Charged 750 euros a night and it's a complete waste, the director doesn't respond to requests to fix the AC and rather misbehaves and bangs the door saying this is how it will work. There is no restaurant and the room service is available only few hours but that would only be helpful if you can stay in the room with below par air-conditioning. Please don't book this hotel ever!
