"Great atmosphere and the staff will take great care of you."

Very nice and quaint. Besides having renovation projects going on. This property is a pleasant place to stay.

Easy to get too, and walking distance to everything. The day we checked in was nice and warm. We walked to all the shops and even down to our restaurant for dinner. The property gives you access to on site ice for coolers and drinks. They do provide water if you need it. Coffee and hot cocoa is also available when needed.

The staff was very accommodating. They provided suggestions for what to see in Helen and in the surrounding mountains and towns by Helen. The staff was tremendously helpful while at the B&B for questions or any help with the room. The room was spacious and relaxing, providing everything needed to have a comfortable weekend getaway. The location is perfect. It was a very easy and peaceful walk to downtown with many things from bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, or activities all within walking distance. The breakfast was homemade and much better compared to any continental breakfast at a standard chain hotel. I was very happy about the stay and it all exceeded my expectations. If I am ever back in Helen, I will stay here again as well as recommend it to any of my friends.

"Great place to stay when visiting Helen, Ga."

Wonderful hospitality and breakfasts! Angie and her terrific crew (Dad, Brother, and Sons) were extremely accommodating and helpful. At first, we thought the inn was a bit dated, but the owners & staff kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. We would definitely stay again! We also enjoyed breakfast with other guests and Angie’s suggestions for places to visit in the Helen area.

This is definitely an older property but again the wonderful hospitality made all the difference!

the breakfast was delicious and unique and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. Helen is such a cute town and we had a blast.
