Rooms need to be updated also warn people of the stairs if you have problems with stairs make sure you let them know

The B&B staff was so friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and want to meet your needs. The best homemade breakfast every morning you could want! Convenient to everything you could want to see and do in Helen.

We loved the property and the Alpine feeling. The only thing would be some minor repairs are needed.

Angie was an excellent hostess. Was very helpful in suggestions for things to do and see. Breakfast was excellent and provided fuel needed for busy days. Will definitely stay again.

The room was wonderful, rustic decor, comfortable bed and seating/ The in-room whirlpool was a nice touch also. The breakfast was great with cut up fresh fruit. Real scrambled eggs, bacon sausage and fruit pancakes as well with a choice of syrups. We were within walking distance of the main part of town and only had to drive to the tubing area.

We always found a place to park but the parking lot was a bit tight to maneuver in. Our cabin was up 49 steps, but to be fair we were warned about this. We will request a lower room next time, and there will probably be a next time.

The staff was amazing!
