"What a treasure to find."

Loved the spacious room and huge comfy bed. Bathroom lovely with nice products included. Breakfast and Dinner were also included in the price and were very scrumptious. They were happy to provide at short notice a vegetarian meal. Central to tourist attractions and not far from the Goldfields Railways. The host Michael is a credit to his business and was engaging and informative on the township. The welfare team (four-legged) of Tilly & Rupert were lovely, beautiful and well behaved and loved having a cuddle. We will stay again - and for longer!

Lovely room, good heating, hot water & tea bags near rooms appreciated. Very good dinner. Friendly & helpful hosts.

Pricey but value for money. Would have liked a hot food option at breakfast.

We pretty much liked ever thing about our stay at the Star Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the meals very nice. Loved all the model trains and boats around the place. We had some lovely weather while we stayed there.

Not a big issue really but I hate shower curtains.
