the staff are friendly good location if you want to be away from the main roads short walk to the shops & beach the place was quite while we were there

"An interesting experience "

Dryer didn't work, dishwasher didn't work (although they fixed it), they wanted to charge us for toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing liquid, laundry detergent Don't THINK about moving a pot or having a car .

Location is great (walking distance to Surfers Paradise) and rooms very clean with modern equipment. My only 2 downfalls were no toilet paper (lucky I had some in my bag) and the $200 security deposit upfront which we were not warned about. Otherwise, everything was great and yes, I would definitely stay there again.

"Close to beach and shops."

Toilet would flush properly.staff fixed but for the next two nights strange sounds from toilet and pipes in wall kept us awake.was finally fixed for our last night there.
