Close to everything. A walk distance from surfers paradise and public transport.

It seems the previous people staying made a mess of all dishes and didn't clean anything, just put them away. They were still quite dirty when I moved in and had to clean anything we touched. But once that was done - all was good.

Previously stayed here and was a very pleasant & relaxing stay, however it appears no maintainance has been done in a very long time. Walls dirty and not cleaned, needs new carpets and new furniture. No lift or disabled access, prepare for lots of stairs if on level 2 or 3!!!

We booked this accommodation as a package deal -direct flight to Gold Coast with 3 nights accommodation.We stayed only first night and left next morning as we were disgusted with our accommodation. Room was not cleaned at all -bed sheets were changed and towels, but apartment was not cleaned. Bathroom was not cleaned - shower filthy, toilet seat was never properly cleaned -had to wipe it with wet toilet paper; vanity unit was not cleaned; bathroom floor was dirty.In bedroom, on bedside table we found nail clipping Kitchen bench-top was not cleaned. Microwave was dirty -this is not acceptable. Not to mentioned fridge-dirty and not switched on, on 29 C day. Most disappointing was, when we complaint to person who is managing whole building, when he told us that this was a cheap accommodation and we should have booked 5 star accommodation.

Had a lovely stay here , great location room was huge and staff were lovely .

Peaceful and helpful owners

The carpet and lounge were dirty. There is no lift so being on the third floor was difficult for older people like us. The pillows were lumpy. We asked for them to come and check the room as we wanted early checkout. No one came we had to hang around and wait . My husband accidentally broke a glass while drying it and we were charged 5$. We rang for service twice and no one answered the phone.

The spa did not work, no shampoo or conditioner, only one sachet of washing up liquid for 3 days. When asked for discount on room due to facilities not working was told it would be fixed before we went home and it wasn't and there is no way off getting a discount. We have 2 young children would have been nice for them to experience
