Good posi , quiet and clean , we had a good rest , the pool and spa could be a bit warmer . Overall all good !

We enjoyed our stay - outdoor spa great - too cool for pool for us - would have been good we reckon for the younger set. Unit (1 bed) was satisfactory, only a little under par with the shower recess. Could have been spruced up more!! We would stay there again. :-)

Clean, tidy room short walk too all the Gold Coast has to offer

My hubby and I enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and relaxing and a 10 minutes walk to all the shops . we would definitely stay here again given the opportunity to visit Australia again.

Not impressed with the comfort of the bed or the cleanliness of bedding, sheets, cutlery, cups & plates. We had to wash all the cutlery, cups & plates before using them. The sheet on the sofa bed & the bed cover both had dry old blood on them. We had to use the sofa bed on the bed just to get a slightly more comfortable sleep. Which then gave us an uncomfortable couch to sit on. There was a little lizard in our room also.

Nice Hotel, great location and public areas very clean and well maintained. However, room was very dirty, carpet was disgusting, not to mention kitchen stuff was even worst. We had to clean everything before we use (not ideal).

Pleasant stay, great value for money.carpets need a good clean. Over all more positives than negative.thumbs up

Room smelt like mould, curtains were dirty & stained, there was no air conditioning in the bedroom, we couldn't eat our dinner in the room due to the overwhelming smell in the apartment.

An enjoyable stay. Friendly reception staff. Particularly when it looked like we may arrive after normal office hours.

We had a nice stay. Bed wasnt the most comfertable. Tv is very small no foxtel 😦and no lift access. So dont have heavy bags. We found out the hard way. But over all good budget stay
