The Sebel Whitsundays Airlie Beach

We stayed at The Sebel Airlie Beach and had an excellent experience. The room had a wonderful view, the beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. Maca looked after us during our visit and was incredibly kind and attentive. We would definitely come back!

Great views and great service from the staff esp Dani We found the spa and facility’s like the bbq useful and well maintained We also found the tour operators all tend to have Sebel or the Colonial palms ( opposite hotel ) on the pick up and drop off list which is convenient Defs visiting again

The room was beautiful, I had great experience in Airlie and especially the tips from the receptionist Maca were really helpful to enjoy better this place! I recommend the hotel also for the great view of the ocean :) It was a beautiful place to relax a couple of days

We stayed at the Sebel and overall had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the lift was out of service on the day we arrived, and with no alternative access available, we had to carry all our luggage up the fire escape stairs, which was a bit of a challenge. That aside, the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was great.

The Sebel in Whitsundays was a really nice stay! The location is pretty good, only being a quick 10 minute walk to the Airlie Beach town centre. Aswell as that, there is also a bus stop right down the hill on the main road. The room we got was the one bedroom room. They were very spacious and had all the utilities you need. There is a mini kitchen with a microwave, fridge, sink, toaster, kettle and it is fully stocked with cutlery and plates. They also provided things like a washing machine + dryer, a drying rack and an ironing board. In terms of the cleanliness, it was quite decent but there were clearly some bits that could’ve been better. I’d say the best part about the room was how much space we had. It almost felt like our own apartment! The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful since the start and overall, the hotel was very quiet and relaxing with the common facilities like a small pool, spa and gym.

It was a great family holiday with our elderly parents and our teenage kids. Nicole and Danica helped us to organised the rooms and everything we need prior to arrival and throughout our entire stay. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure we have our needs met. The location is up a steepish hill so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. View is spectacular and if you love a walk like us it's an easy 10min walk into town. The bus is also easy to catch to places during our trip. The room has laundry and dryer which made it easy for our busy week and our group of 7. Personally the bed is the best part of the room. Everyone had a good sleep for the 7 nights we spent at Sebel. We love that it's a little out of town which is peaceful and quiet. Thank you Nicole for helping mum and dad and all of us including the kids to go home with memories of our time in Airlie Beach!

Everything was good except that you would have to walk up a steep hill and a steep driveway with all your bags and luggages. The bed was great for good night sleeps, location is about 10min walk into town. View is beautiful. You'll you have to get your groceries from downtown and walk it back or take the bus back.

Our stay at the Sebel Whitsundays was elevated by the phenomenal greeting from Nicole during our arrival. This was refreshing after the long flight and journey to arrive at the hotel. It is obvious that Nicole is passionate about her customer service delivery and representing the Sebel. Nicole went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and assisted us with booking a shuttle to return to the airport for our departure. The hotel is exceptional with massive rooms, a lovely spa bathtub, balcony with stunning views, and within walking distance to the Reefworld Cruise Whitsundays experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

You will not be disappointed staying at the Sebel Whitsundays Airlie Beach. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome from Nicole at reception for my birthday. Our room was immaculate with stunning views and all the amenities made it feel like home.
