Having read many of the reviews didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by friendly reception staff, although our accommodation was some distant from the main building the apartment was large comfortable and warm with lake views. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the reception/bar area was warm and welcoming for an after dinner drink. Laundry facilities are available but only two washers and dryers which were in use during our stay.

Great location. We booked a 1 bed mountain view villa and were very satisfied. It was very clean and spacious.

Nothing. We stayed here last year also and had no hesitation booking again for this year’s trip.
