Dumbleton Hall Hotel

Wonderful friendly staff. Nothing to much trouble. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We have been to Dumbleton Hall many time but found this trip very disappointing, room was shabby food wasn’t up to how it used to be bacon was burnt first day and breakfast was Luke warm on day 2. I had 10 guest arrive for a light lunch all they said they would do was sandwiches I called 2 days before this to advice them that we had guest and could we pre order food to be told by a frosty male receptionist that they wouldn’t help and we had to order on the day even tho we was staying for 2 days then they over charged us over £100 very very disappointed and sad as it was one of our favourite places to stay

Loved the hotel/location/vibe... However, we ate with a 3yr old + 1yr old at their restaurant. It took over an hour to be served our food (despite being the customers in the resteraunt). Kids were going crazy after some time (~45m). Asked for some bread to appease the little ones... Didn't bring it out until we got our food (+30m later). Dinner was >2hrs - not a great experience with little kids... Still, it was a really fun place, just a rough time at dinner.

A little gem in beautiful countryside. Stunning building with interesting history, comfortable rooms - especially the bed - and staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Particularly I would mention the reception staff and team serving breakfast. We also loved the dog-friendliness of this hotel and would highly recommend to dog owners.

Beautiful house in fantastic, well kept, grounds. It's an old building and in need of some repair, but these things are expensive and we're not that long out of two lockdowns.

Very good but no entertainment kids hope in future if u do get kids will enjoy more

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the atmosphere was extremely relaxed and welcoming. We would definitely recommend people to stay there and may well revisit in the future. Thank you everyone at Bumdleton Hall.

An interesting and quirky hotel with a lot of history. Comfortable and clean although a little tired in places. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was related to the evening meal where the bread that came with pate was almost non-existent and when we asked for more we were charged extra whereas the customer on the next table already had a larger portion! Seems a bit inconsistent.

Absolutely loved my stay in the hotel. The place is beautifully maintained and clean. It was a frosty night but the room was nice and warm. The views, the walks are stunning. But above all is the warm, welcoming staff- excellent service. Will definitely be back!
