Thank you so much to the most helpful concierge- our flight out of Leh was cancelled and the hotel went out of their way to assist us. Really fantastic service! Add to that a perfect location and we had a great stay.

The property is well known in Leh. It is comfortable with good amenities. Staff is nice as well.

This place is relatively small with small rooms. Overall not a great value for money. There are better places in Leh.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room

The value for my money. I order suit and the price was way too extreme for the location and quality of the hotel. Perhaps standard rooms are a better choice.

Overall good property with excellent food choices.

Liked everything. We were acclimatising to the altitude so couldn’t use the outstanding gym. Massage at the spa was amazing. Anything we needed was provided including nutrients and medicine to help acclimate.

Despite of booking two rooms in advance, view from one room was not good. Room rates are too high, seems they are overcharging.
