⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Stay Review | Leh, Ladakh
Stay Duration: 29th November – 3rd December 2025
A winter trip to Ladakh demands more than just good accommodation — it requires planning, care, preparedness, and people who truly understand the terrain. This hotel delivered on all of it, beautifully.
We opted for the complete package, covering stay, breakfast, airport transfers, and sightseeing to Alchi Monastery, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Hall of Fame, Khardung La, Pangong Tso, Leh Palace, and local market shopping. Every element was well-organised, thoughtfully paced, and stress-free.
✈️ Seamless Airport Pick-up & Warm Welcome
From the moment we landed in Leh, the experience felt smooth. The airport pick-up was extremely well managed, with a warm, courteous reception that immediately made us feel comfortable in the high-altitude environment.
At the hotel, we were welcomed with the traditional white khata draped around our necks — a beautiful Ladakhi gesture symbolising respect and blessings. It instantly made us feel at home.
A special thanks to Chorol, who received us warmly, ensured a smooth check-in, and looked after our comfort throughout the stay. His calm and caring approach truly stood out.
🗺️ Exceptional Planning & Support
A huge appreciation for Ramzan, who planned all our external travel arrangements, including:
• Sightseeing routes
• Daily travel scheduling
• All Inner Line Permits, handled seamlessly
His planning ensured we never had to worry about paperwork, timing, or route changes — everything just flowed perfectly.
🚗 Safe, Skilled & Caring Drivers
Heartfelt thanks to our drivers Ali and Baakir.
Driving in Ladakh winters is no small task, especially on routes like Khardung La and Pangong Tso. Their calm driving, road knowledge, and concern for our safety made every journey comfortable and reassuring.
Special mention:
• A large oxygen cylinder was proactively kept in the vehicle while heading to Khardung La
• Hot kawa, cookies, and hot water were packed daily for us in the car — small details that made a big difference in sub-zero temperatures
🌟 Thoughtful Personal Touches That Made the Stay Special
• Beautifully packed meals for long travel days
• High-quality, nourishing breakfast every morning
• Courteous staff always ready with thoughtful help — even camphor for breathing comfort, neatly packed in tiny white pouches
• Warm rooms, consistent heating, and genuine hospitality throughout
🧾 Bookings & Coordination
A sincere thank you to Tashi, who managed all our bookings efficiently and professionally. Everything — from room allocation to daily schedules — was handled with clarity and care.
