The Grand Dragon Ladakh

I stayed at The Grand Dragon Ladakh with a group of friends, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our room on arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Since we visited during extreme winter conditions, the hotel had thoughtfully arranged everything to keep us comfortable including a humidifier, temperature controlled rooms, heated floors, heated mirrors, and even a very well-maintained and comfortable bathroom. These small but important details made a huge difference in the cold weather. What truly impressed us was the staff’s attentiveness. One of my friends needed an oxygen cylinder due to the high altitude, and it was provided promptly with just a single call. That level of care and responsiveness was truly appreciated. The hotel also arranged an SUV with a very good and professional driver for our visit to Pangong Lake, which made the journey safe, comfortable, and memorable. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The combination of comfort, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional hospitality makes this hotel highly recommended for anyone visiting Ladakh.

It was excellent and warm hospitality. The hotel was prepared for all problems people face in high altitude and gave very good advice as to when were and how to go.

Amazing hotel with Amazing service. Highly satisfactory and beautiful. I took a picnic by the river and it was awesome by help of Sharvan, Arun, Deepesh, Amit. Very good response to our request by Ms. Jigmat. And high appreciation for Mr Deshraj Punia who specially made a custom strawberry cake which was delicious. Amazing stay. A must visit when in leh.

We have been a regular guest of the Grand Dragon, Ladakh for the past 12 years! The hospitality and services are only getting better and they are surpassing the levels each time! Specially this time, the food (and the spread and variety) was unmatchable! Kudos to Head Chef Punia ji, his team members - Himanshu, Gagan, Basu with others made it a point to make our experience unforgettable with their service and behaviour. The buffet and snacks served for Hi-Tea (like mini samosas, kachoris etc.) stood out with tastes as authentic as it can be! Not to forget, our anniversary dinner was arranged with thoughtful decoration & freshly baked cake which made it oh so beautiful that it can never be forgotten, courtesy Head chef Punia ji & team. All in all, we were in an abode in Heaven! So grateful to the team, hope to return soon!

Pure bliss! Luxurious comfort, impeccable service, and a view that takes your breath away. Every moment was a 5-star treat. The staffs were friendly. Highly recommend u to book this hotel and for every other needs weather dinner, or sight seeing. Go from the reception. Will manage everything so effortlessly. Employee Aarif is really nice ans friendly. He just add cherry on the cake by his skills. Select him for sight seeing. Generous and friendly.

the entire property was heated well maintained and all the staffs were amazing , breakfast was also amazing.

Breakfast and service was excellent

The airport drop and pickup should've been complementary. Rs 1000/- for a drop off of 7 mins is outrageous. We weren't picked up by the hotel when we landed at Leh. There was little to no communication on arranging the pickup from the hotels's side. This could've been handled in a better way.

Very beautiful environment and very familier staff.. Chef Deshraj Punia always giving his best. Tsering best in front office helping & caring. Everything is wonderfull here must visit property in leh Thankyou everyone we all love the stay so much.
