Service was slow they should more care about hygiene as they have old building area they r care less about

It surround the nature beautiful scene from the room

Staff were nice. Room was ok. Nice view from the balcony.

Hot water was an issue, took forever to heat up and quickly ran out of hot water, barely lasts for a shower. Overall, It's not the worst but it could be better.

Not as per premium standards

The location and the staff were excellent. The accommodation was roomy and well provided. The decor is a little tired.

I was uncomfortable receiving a message from the hotel requesting a direct bank transfer outside the Booking.com platform. The message required me to provide my personal banking details to a third party in order to pay a substantial deposit and indicated that my reservation might be cancelled if I did not comply. This was particularly concerning as I had already accepted the Booking.com terms committing to pay the full amount regardless of cancellation. To resolve the situation, I had to contact Booking.com to ensure that my reservation would be honoured under the agreed conditions. After our stay, I was also asked by Booking.com to confirm that we had indeed stayed at the property and that payment had been made by credit card as agreed. Unfortunately, this experience with the booking process left me feeling uneasy throughout our stay and would discourage me from booking this property again, especially given the wide range of accommodation options in and around Munnar. This is a pity, as the staff at the property themselves were consistently friendly and helpful.
