the price it was 345 dollars for a 150 dollar room. i don't understand why Alaskan residents have to pay the tourist rate

We did not have Internet the whole time we were there

The room itself was pretty clean. However the light was out inside the bathroom where the toilet and shower are, so we had to leave the door open in order to see. The smoke detector (or co2 not sure) was hanging off the wall and the curtain rods were crooked like they had been pulled too hard so they didn’t shut tightly. It seems like hotels these days should offer smart tv options, not just basic cable.

We thought "plus" was upscale-This is a dump-We checked is 307-unpacked and when we took off our shoes, the carpet was wet, should have known by the smell, out of 307, into 301, unpacked again-again the carpet was wet and stunk. Packed up again and off to floor 1, oh what a mistake-dirty, stunk, garbage left behind-see the pics

Mckenna at the front desk was extremely helpful and assisted me with early check in. Excellent Customer Service! Breakfast had a great selection and even gluten free items. Coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator in the room was nice to have! Room was very clean!

Iris makes this the best place ever. She has the personality that you gotta love. She needs a pay raise. Room was great

The hotel room was ok. Customer service was poor. Their website stated they have a shuttle and turns out they do not. I called the week before traveling and confirmed that there was a shuttle, they replied with a yes. When I called from the airport, it was a NO. I sent the manager a copy of the amenities sheet that was in my room, and the reply was in so way satisfactory. Learn from me and stay somewhere else more accommodating. I didn't ask for money back, I wanted some extra points, that was not an option.

This hotel is on the lower end of pricing in the Fairbanks area. You get what you pay for. Though the lobby was really nice and breakfast was good as well. It seems to be going under renovations and a lot of other things were not yet updated. That was somewhat disappointing, especially for what you have to pay for a hotel these days. Also, the outside grounds were relatively dirty and full of garbage, which was hard to take my pets out on
