Very sub standard facilities , breakfast was poor . Air conditioning was not working properly , room was not cleaned for our stay of 6 days

Clean and comfortable

Great staff, very clean, large and comfortable rooms. I loved having a bathtub! Everything worked great.

Nothing much around this hotel to be honest, so the location for me was off but it's surrounded by other hotels so I guess it's just a SLC thing.

The place looks clean from the outside and is overall in decent condition. The parts that are decent are just that - decent.

The actual locks on the doors are rusted and outdated, meaning they have to be slammed to actually close. Including your neighbors at all hour. The keycard system is also broken resulting in cars needing to be re-keyed multiple times per day. Staff is either incompetent or actively trying to shield management from accountability. Second day I spoke to the regional manager, JJ, and explained the keycard problem. He assured me it would be fixed that day and if not, to have the front desk call him directly. By 6pm the issue was still happening. I asked the Supervisor, Linda to call JJ per his statement and was flatly told "No, I'm not doing that." After more back and forth, and Linda assuring me she would personally fix the issue, the lock still didn't work properly. I was told JJ would contact me the next to discuss my experience. Two days later, and nothing heard. So 1 stars.

It was clean, quiet, staff was friendly, grounds were very clean. Probably going to stay there again on our way back.

1 woman behind the check in desk at 4:00pm But she doesn’t define the rest.

Their was no heat turned on in the room. We had to get a extra blanket to stay warm. Temperature was 67 degrees. We will never stay Their again. The room was dirty. They didn't have restaurant in the building like they advertised. What are you doing having a place like that on your list of hotels? Oh the heater wasn't broken they always turn it off this time of the year!!
