Knights Inn Hadley

Wonderful location. A lot of attention to upkeep detail. Very attentive and friendly owners. Loved that the owners had recently replaced carpet flooring with laminated flooring. Ample parking and easy access. Also liked the idea that a couple of nearby restaurants offered discounts to those who were staying at the hotel. We do a lot of bicycling and this is the first place ever that we’ve stayed at where we could bike to the nearby trail… A real plus.

Terrible smell… very dated decor, Older bedspreads that may not have been very clean ..

This place is a dump and the price I paid for one night is ridiculous. Everything is very old and so much to list. First the card to open the door didn’t work. Broken hairdryer, TV didn’t turn on the cable service, just got snow, owner had to come and show me how to use my finger to turn it on underneath and then choose HDMI to get it to come on. The corners of the room had hair, bathroom floor had cigarette burns, the phone was dirty, just nasty, I didn’t really want to touch anything. I was in town for a concert and needed a room for one night, and at almost $200 I feel I got robbed. I would choose Motel 6 any day over this place. The hotels in Northampton were full or charging well over $200 for the night.

Breakfast???? We didn't get any breakfast. No one told us about breakfast if there was.

You can usually tell if thee place will be clean when you enter the lobby. This place was filthy, unorganized, (piles of paper on desks, dirty furniture, front door was filthy). Television didn't work, Patches on the walls where it looked like they were repaired and painted with colour that didn't match, internet was slow or non existence,Cars outside our room with motor running for two hours, Young females sitting on walkway until two in the morning.
