Nothing. I want my money back for the second night. I left two hours after checking in. It was disgusting and totally over priced.

No carpets, terrible room and view. Terrible amenities and the property is crap.

The TV didn't work; problem with the cable connections. The bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom; vent fan was very loud. The microwave was very dirty with food residues inside. The airconditioner was very loud and didn't control at a comfortable set temperature. Your "long term guests" are a bit too friendly. Provide "Do not disturb/make up room" signs to keep the staff out of the room.

The location was good, and the motel was clean and functional. I asked the manager if it would be alright to plug my plug-in hybrid car to a lamppost in the parking lot, and he was agreeable. I wish more motel/hotels had this option!

The lobby was in somewhat disheveled and reeked of curry.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.

Was staying in Hadley/Amherst MA area for a wedding. Hotels I normally stay at were all booked due to college graduation weekend and any available rooms were priced way above normal prices. Knights Inn was located close by and price was very low compared to anything else in town. Knights Inn is a typical Motor Lodge style, no frills, motel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable but not overly so. Staff (owners?) were very nice. Internet is provided - but no working Television which could be a problem for some travelers.

TV would have been nice - but I did not spend much time in my room. Considering this Motel has a pool - it is rather strange there would not be television as well.

If you are just looking for a place to put your head at night this works.

Got to hotel at 8 pm in pouring rain and was told that my reservation did not exist. Had made a reservation with my credit card and was told that if I needed to cancel it - I had to do it within 48 hours before the date of stay - i never cancelled. When I got to the hotel I was made to stand in the rain and was told they don’t take credit cards they only take cash…. And that they were booked and had no rooms available. This is unacceptable, I am a 83 year old woman traveling with my daughter to a new state at night - we spent an hour till 9 pm trying to find a room - in an unfamiliar neighborhood- in the pouring rain - in the dark parking lot of the Knight Inn- and we were left with nowhere to go. Shame on a business who takes advantage of elderly people.
