Suggest screens on windows so they can be opened without bugs getting in, extra blankets available somewhere in room , hair conditioner in addition to shampoo, also ice machine wasn’t working

"Just what I expected. Price should have been lower but that's the area!"

Location is great. Close to everything. Quiet. Good wifi. Clean.

Outdated decor like bedspreads make it dated. More pillows needed. TV very complicated and hard to find local station. Pool closed for season.

Short drive to several local as well as chain restaurants, also many attractions in Northampton, Amherst, etc. Proprietor responsive to messages, helpful and efficient at check-in.

Old and worn decor for the price. Not secure entry to room corridors, and having to walk through informal smoking area. Finicky room keys.
