Budget Inn - Troy

It is a complete dump! Very bad condition. About as bad as it gets.

The place and staff were ok, bed and pillows were very comfy but the room needed a womans touch for a good cleaning

Rooms where clean and I felt safe.

poor communication between hotel and hotels.com. Had to call the hotel 2 times to straighten out

Budget Inn is a no frills motel that did more than satisfy my needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the parking was convenient.

It’s a little outdated but the beds were nice and the water pressure was pretty good

Nice place, good neighborhood (no locals). Convenient.

Close to food, grocery store, and gasoline stations.

Stopped in after driving 14 hours was asked if we needed smoking or non smoking. We asked for smoking then she told us nope. So I told her non smoking was fine. She told us to go someplace else there was no smoking there even though I told her I wasn’t going to smoke. Piss poor customer service the lady was rude from the beginning. Do not waste your time stopping here.

It was fine for the money--$49.71 including taxes. My only recommendation would be to bring your own pillows, as the bed had very small pillows.
