Budget Inn - Troy

The beds were comfortable. Room was a bit shabby BUT it was a smoking room. The bathroom area definitely needs a overhaul. Desk clerk and the gentleman cleaning rooms were both very friendly.

Very uncomfortable not clean no hot breakfast staff very unfriendly would never stay here again and would not recommend

The beds are so old that they make like a whole in the middle, and make it uncomfortable to sleep two persons. The towels are so thin that when you shower you can’t dry tour entire body.

Good value for the $$

Outside appearance was very nice, inside old, strange order, horrible tv.

very easy access from expressway and great price. worked great for overnight break

The Staff was good. But the picture on line lied. Needs help and clean up and painted.

I have stayed at Budget Inns before and frequently book low budget hotels on Orbitz. This hotel was listed in the 2.5-3 star range but it is more like a 1 in my opinion. I did not have a high expectation and I understand you get what you pay for; for this price ($62 incl tax), I expect clean and basic. The corners of the room were all incredibly dusty and dirty. The bathroom smelled of urine. The bedcover had a hole in it and both the pillows and the mattress were old and lumpy. I will be more careful when choosing budget hotels in the future.

Everything was fine. Room was clean and comfy. Counter help in PM and AM were super friendly. The only ding I have for this place was no hot water in the tub so cold shower in the AM woke me up nicely. I forgot to squawk it when I left. Oops...

Have stayed at this location numerous times. No frills with comfortable beds.
