The hotel in general is an amazing hotel the view is soo beautiful we took a suite and it’s really clean it’s such an amazing stay Note the manager Siham was an amazing and the nicest one I’ve met

Room was very very very clean and the beautiful ladies were always smiling. The bathroom was also very clean and we were given fresh towels every morning. The beds were also very comfortable. That Sabrine and Amal for your hard work.

5152 Great holiday with my family! Food is great with a good selection. View from the room was perfect. Awatef the housekeeper was lovely and did a great job at keep our room clean each day. We will definitely come back for another holiday!

A big hotl that services are unsutable. i didnt like that. bad food for break fast and dinner. even there was a cockroachin the bathroom

The hotel has a nice lobby and beautiful sea view, and the pool is good. But overall, it does not feel like a real five-star hotel. Standard rooms face the street and are very noisy, hard to sleep. Basic amenities were missing (no toothpaste, toothbrush, or tissues). For three guests, we only got two towels and cups, and the extra bed was just a mattress on the sofa, brought two hours after check-in. Service was slow and stressful. Food was average: most dishes were cold, seafood was limited and finished quickly, and breakfast had almost no variety.no chair on balcony.small room with extra bed we dont have access to balcony.staff are nice but there was no help even when l ask for a tissue changing room ...😒 At night it was very crowded, especially with Tunisian guests. Choose this hotel only for the pool and the sea view — not for service or food.

The lobby is gorgeous. The room was very clean though the bathroom was not bright enough. This is also true for the restaurant (very dim). The main problem was the inadequate and disorganized/disoriented staff at the restaurant. The restaurant/breakfast area was messy and the food items were not refilled soon. The pools are great and the location is very good.

The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to With rude and nosy staff who don't know how to greet you and the room is old and ugly! I don't know why there are so many good reviews about this hotel but you can't sleep because of the loud music until the morning and the hotel staff say the noise is coming from legal clubs and there's nothing they can do! The city is really lawless and dirty! Apart from the noise in the room When you turn on the shower, the water collects on the bathroom floor, the towels are old and dirty, and the quality of the mattress, pillows, and sheets is not at all up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I have never seen a hotel this bad before, and I regret traveling to this country, where the streets are full of garbage and stink, and civilization is years away.

Firstly arrive, allocated a room and given a map and told how to find a room and breakfast times . No other information was supplied nor in the room.nothing on how to book restaurants or spa facilities. Bars run well but for half board its like pulling teeth to get menus. Its like drink prices are well kept secret that only staff know the prices. Kept on getting served AI drinks not branded and then charging for branded. Took 4 complaints and 3 days to coffee in the room. Was never given milk despite asking. Cups in room dubious to how cleaned as we had the same chipped cup every day but cleaned. Glasses by pool hand washed. Is that particularly sterile? and quick rinse or should they heat cleaned in professional dishwasher. Bins never emptied by the beach and covered in cigarette butts. Staff just hid from the sun. Rather than keeping beach clean and pleasant.Corridors left with old glasses or one slipper. Sunbeds had clearly been used all season looking dirty and heavily stained. Salt and pepper is obviously a rare as could hardly find. One day was offered to salt pots. Faroud was the best positive asset and the concierge. Hotel might have been 5 star back in its day however scaping a 4 just based on many things seen and witnessed
