Checked in at 11 pm. The desk clerk was unable to give us keys as the machine would not work. Had to take us to our room. The area by the 1st floor elevator smells. We stayed here a few years ago and it was the same.

Everything was wonderful. Amazing continental breakfast. Large room. Comfortable bed. Large TV. Pool was clean. Staff very helpful and accommodating. I’d like to move in for good!

Everything from staff to facilities was wonderful! Large clean room. Super comfortable bed. Quality pillows. Large clean bathroom and very nice shower. Pool was clean.

There was nothing. Not one negative thing I can think of.

"The little snack we usually find at a Hampton Inn was not there. Instead it was some backyard apples"

It was easy to check in.

My husband took a shower; the water did not drain from the tub. There was no shampoo jell in the shower. The bathroom handle was broken. Grout was missing in the floor. The counter by my husband's bed was not clean. I am worried that my credit card will get charged for the plumbing issue. I paid 210.00 dollars for this.... When I reported this to the front desk, the response was that he was supposed to jiggle the drain because of how the pipes were installed. The housekeeping issues- trouble with keeping and getting reliable staff. And you charged me 210 for this....
